Excellent location, friendly owner, great facilities. Was a great hub for me on my trip to Seattle. Comfortable, clean, and with useful communal facilities. Easy to walk into town, but also located near bus stops. The local area was peaceful and safe, with a lot of nature not far.

The place is in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood with a bus stop right in front of the building, making it incredibly easy to reach all the tourist spots in just a few minutes. Just a heads-up: my room was on the third floor, so be prepared for some stairs if that’s a concern for you! Everything went perfectly smoothly from start to finish

Clean and private rooms even with a lot of other people staying there. Staff were super nice. I didn’t feel weird texting girl owner for plunger. Neighborhood is super hilly so the walk from downtown is a bit difficult but enjoyable.

Place was dirty, bedding was used looking and had shoe prints on it, half eaten candy wrapper left in room. Kissing did not mention 3+flights of stairs. Hair everywhere in room and bed. Had to argue for refund. Would not recommend

Loved it here! So clean and peaceful! Really cute space we loved that there were windows in the room and bathroom so we could air out the space! Couple things, careful when paying with Apple Pay that caused some complications during check in, it’s better to just use a physical card. Also it is up three flights of stairs if you have physical limitations I would keep that in mind. Neighborhood was super convenient and close by to everything.

Bed and bathroom had hair from previous guest, the walls are scratched up from people moving furniture, the location is farther from climate pledge than originally stated and you can hear people opening and closing rooms throughout the night.

There is no front desk on the communications through email then you finally get a phone number then you have to find codes and they actually charge your Credit Card $200 and you don’t get that back until five days later that’s five business days. Then I asked the cleaning staff a question and then got a message from the staff saying “Please in another occasion you don't need to pressure the cleaners asking them for codes. Thank you.”I feel like crap being friendly with lack of communication from the staff

Overall the stay was good. Room was quite small, and was only surface cleaned. A/C was leaking water onto the floor, and did not realize it was just a house that had each room turned into a “suite”. At the end of the day, it was good for the value, and was in a great location. I asked about parking before we arrived and they made it seem like parking would be fine. It took me about an hour to find somewhere to park, and 3 blocks from our room. We left it parked there for the whole stay so we wouldn’t have to risk not finding another spot
