Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located in the heart of everything. Our family of four (two adults and two teenagers) was very comfortable throughout our stay. There are so many great restaurants just a couple of blocks away, and we loved being able to easily walk to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and other major attractions.Highly recommend - would absolutely stay here again!

Neighborhood was so cool, safe and walkable to restaurants, pier. View from penthouse was spectacular! Everything was exactly as described, easy check in and entry with door codes. Highly recommend for a stay in Seattle. We would rent again in a heartbeat! Be advised one bedroom and laundry is upstairs if anyone has mobility issues.

Gorgeous views and great location. Our family had a comfortable stay here. Host was friendly and accommodating. Street parking was easy to find. Only thing to keep in mind is there is no AC. With the fans and windows open, it felt cool enough for us. Overall a pleasant stay!

We had a lovely stay in this rental. We chose it based on location and weren’t disappointed. Photos make it look larger than it really is but that didn’t deter us - we made it work. Without air conditioning, we opened the two sliding doors for a cross breeze which cooled it down quickly. Fans were a great help during the heat wave. Kitchen and living room were good for our needs. Most things we wanted were within walking distance although Ubers were readily available.

Excellent apartment for short stay in Seattle

Apartment is well located in a leafy area of Seattle, 5m walk to the space needle and about 30m walk to pike place. It’s very well equipped with utensils and the second bathroom is a huge bonus. We loved it, very comfortable and cannot fault it.

Light and airy, terrific location

We were two couples so having separate spaces (one bedroom / bathroom each on separate levels) was very suitable. The rooftop terrace was amazing! Our only disappointment was some plumbing issues in both bathrooms which we’ve informed the owner of so we assume these will be fixed for future guests. Also, if a fan could be fitted in the downstairs bathroom (it gets very steamed up unless you leave the door open) and the closet emptied so guests could hang clothes (during our stay it was full of housekeeping goods and linens) the property would be terrific.The apartment building was very quiet although the outside location could get very noisy overnight. It’s in a great spot with easy walking downtown, to the Space Needle, convenience stores and restaurants (especially along 6th Street) but it is in a somewhat eclectic spot so be prepared to encounter a wide range of people! Overall it was a very enjoyable stay! Thank you Ashley.

Seattle Adventure

We stayed a couple days after a cruise.Location was great. This is close to waterfront, space needle, Pike Market and a variety of restaurants. We rented a car, which was also close and took a drive to Leavenworth one day and Mt. Rainier another day. They were both worth it. Tried a few of the restaurants which were also well worth it.
