There is a $40 charge listed as "Management Fee" on your quote that covers your purchase of $3000 of "all-risk" damage protection coverage on your rental. This is in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in your contract.

The minimum renter age is 25 years old for our property.
To comply with our renter's insurance, the primary guest who made the booking is required to sign the rental agreement and send a photo of a valid government-issued ID before the check-in date. This will help ensure a smooth check-in and verify your reservation.

We're thrilled to welcome same-day bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings.

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible.

For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property.
