I booked a room with private bathroom inside the room as the picture shows. When I arrived I realized the bathroom is outside of the room. This really bothers me bc i paid for a room with private bathroom inside the room, I called all the numbers I found for customer service and they were zero helpful, their solution was “you can go to another hotel” it was 8pm!!!. The only person who “helped me” was from Expedia, she gave me credit on the app at least. I tried to contact the owner of the “hotel/airbnb” I found him on Airbnb and texted him and his answer was: this threads is for airbnb only.
In conclusion: don’t trust the pictures, the bathrooms are outside the rooms and anybody can get in. If you have any inconvenience at this place, nobody is gonna help you bc they just have a “call center” to solve the problems. They said they’ll update the pictures since the bathrooms are now outside of the room bc of a Seattle law change or something like that.
I booked this for a solo trip for my bday. I had a really bad time and it was very frustrating.
