This home is just a walking distance from the urban hiking trails of Schmitz Park and 3 blocks from Alki Beach where you can enjoy plenty of outdoor activities, or take a short stroll to find an array of restaurants and cafes. Close to a water taxi where you can hop on and explore Downtown Seattle. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home offers you a ready-made lifestyle sanctuary of contemporary comfort, peace, and privacy!
This enviable residence provides expansive natural light-filled interiors offering space and open views to enjoy. Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even business professionals!
The casual and cozy living area provides the ideal place to come together and enjoy some quality time. Catch up on your favorite movies on our Smart TV right away from home. Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals and the dining area is a great place to eat and chat.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a double-sized bed. The bedrooms are cozy, and the natural light that flows through makes a comfortable and relaxing personal space.
Enjoy the fantastic deck and yard and a comfortable patio that is perfect for entertaining.

Parking is very easy and plentiful around the property on the street in front.
*Please note that the basement and garage are not accessible to guests. It is a completely different entrance and you will not be disturbed.
Other things to note
*The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.
*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small dogs only, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No dogs on beds furniture pls. Note: A $250 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your dogs are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
*If dog hair is found on linens you will be responsible for an additional $100 fee to cover linen replacement as we’ve found despite laundering it is not removed.
*I will provide you with a dog bed if advanced notice of 1 week is given.
*There is a security camera at the doorway only. No camera inside the house.
*There are also several paid laundromats nearby.
