  • Enjoy this wonderful home in one of THE BEST locations on the hill!

    Enjoy the generous feel of this well furnished 1908 Queen Anne Farmhouse, tailored to cooking and sharing time with family and friends. The huge dining room table can seat up to 10. East and west facing porches will invite you to relax with company in Seattle's soft coastal air. The living room sofa is large and comfy and the kitchen is perfect for sharing the creation of great meals.

    Forget the car, you’ll find all you need to enjoy the best of what Seattle has to offer, surrounded by excellent dining, groceries, boutiques and gorgeous neighborhood walks. Easy cab or bus ride down to Pike Place Market, the Waterfront, Safeco Field and the major hi-tech headquarters right down the hill.

    This ideal home base is close to all you need just an easy walk away.
    Trader Joe's (4 blocks); Safeway (5 blocks) and countless boutiques, restaurants, coffee houses, and much more. This neighborhood is loaded with parks, a library, swimming pool (2 blocks), wading pool, Anytime Fitness (½ block) and a robust neighborhood Farmers Market each Thursday from the end of May till mid October, 3:00-7:30PM, just 6 blocks away!

    We are kid friendly with pack’n play, a booster seat and some toys and books for little ones.

    In addition to the two bedrooms with queen beds, the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. We also have 2 (4 inch) foam pads and sleeping bags for the younger folks.

    Let yourself in with key code entry. Check in time is 4pm, check out at 10am. Any questions or needs your host can’t answer, Kathleen, your co-host is nearby to help.

    Private parking behind the house off of the alley for one car (possibly two small cars bumper to bumper.

    There are 2 bus stops that serve numerous city routes within a couple blocks. There is also a lovely walk down 1st West with hill climb stairs that take you down to lower Queen Anne and the Seattle Center area. A short Uber or Lyft ride can get you to or from Airport Shuttle drops in the downtown area.

Such a nice place! Truly enjoyed our stay, as the home was well appointed with everything needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The hosts were very friendly, communications were easy, and we loved the calm atmosphere. The old charm this house has is wonderful. Close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet but you will see tons of people walking and is extremely dog friendly. Stefani and Kathleen thought of everything you would need for a great stay and is fully stocked for families or couples wanting to still feel like home away from home. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. It was great to have our own parking spot and backyard space. The home is so charming with all of the antique furniture and built ins. There are so many extras like extra bedding, lots of kitchen items like spices and coffee, and anything else you might need. We loved the neighborhood of Queen Anne as well. We had so much fun walking and discovering all of the little shops and restaurants. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Seattle Fall Trip

This home was absolutely perfect for a weekend away in Seattle. Plenty of space, comfortable and cozy furniture, and very responsive hosts. House is very comfortable, well appointed, easy to access QA and not too far from Belltown. Several nice places to eat close-by. Parking for second car is a bit of a hassle, but that's Seattle. Host made check-in and instructions easy to follow. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location

The house was very clean and everything was extremely well thought out. It was so great to stroll to all the Queen Anne shops and restaurants just a few blocks away - such a lovely neighborhood - and we walked to Seattle Center several times as well. When we needed the car, the parking in back was very convenient. All in all, we’d definitely stay again.

Excellent location!

We had a great stay at the urban farmhouse in late April. It’s safe and quiet and well-appointed and clean. The location is excellent as a hub for seeing things. You can walk to coffee shops and restaurants and it seemed anywhere we went was a 10-20 minute drive. The beds were super comfy, the owner, Stefani, was great to work with, and we recommend with enthusiasm!

Love, love, loved it.

There were two couples and we really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfectly clean, well appointed, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Comfortable layout with a) bathroom on all 3 floors, b) 2 bedrooms don't share a wall, c) nice flow in living/dining/kitchen. Super quiet street. Amazing Queen Anne location. The hosts were fabulous, too!
