“My stay was amazing! The place was bigger in person than i expected, which was such a pleasant surprise. The house was spotless and very clean, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I enjoyed my stay and would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming place to stay!”

“The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort.”

“We had a great experience. Neil was a great host; very responsive and communicative. The place was very clean, and had just about all we needed. The beds are so comfortable!! We felt safe in the house and in the neighborhood. The only thing we wished, was that it had a microwave. No big deal, (you can air fry in the oven) but other than that, it was great. ”

“This house is a 4B/2 bath. 1 king, 2 queens, and 1 tiny room. 2 bathrooms and each has an outdoor shower, which was great. There is a pool and hot tub. We did not love our stay. The house was not ready at 4pm check-in - we arrived to cleaners wrapping up. Other issues: [1] washer/dryer was broken so we had to use the same towels, sheets, clothes all week. We were informed of this less than 1 hour before check in. The host was not proactive—we had to demand he send someone to pick up laundry, but……

“The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”
