“Totally met expectations !”

“Tuwanek hotel has gorgeous views from the top floor rooms and is incredibly romantic at sunset. Stayed in the Casablanca room and the massive room has a king bed, full body shower and claw foot tub. The hotel also allows you to use their Kayaks & paddle boards on the water in their backyard. This place has a very unique setup for their hot tub underneath a bunch of grape vines that add such a cool atmosphere while enjoying the tub. There's also a steam cave, bbq, smoker, multiple areas to relax……

“This large and lovely home is situated in a serene upscale neighborhood north of Nanaimo proper. My girlfriends and I rented two rooms. Both rooms had spectacular, unobstructed views. Charles, the owner/manager, was a delight. Some beautiful beach walks are only a five-minute drive away, but would not be easy for 70 y.o. knees to walk to due to the steepness of the road up the house. Also, come prepared with any snacks, as there are no convenience stores nearby. We would definitely visit again.”
