「Absolutely disgusting hotel will not recommend how to get out of the hotel and book another hotel. It was dirty. He had red ants in the bed. The gym wasn’t open. The indoor pool wasn’t open. The swimming pool was very dirty very old property disgustingly not maintained absolutely crap.」

「On paper the hotel looks great and the the entrance and foyer are impressive. The room was quite nice, and spotlessly clean, but, as mentioned by others, is let down by poor maintenance, e.g., toilet seat hanging off. The rooms are also quite noisy, lacking any sound insulation. The food was on the whole reasonable, but much of the same as the week went on. 「Not a 5 star hotel for sure , I would give it a 2.5 star hotel . Rooms were just ok nothing spectacular. Although I had their premium suite , thier room cleaning was not the best either . Management needs a lot of training」

「The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.」

「The hotel is very close to the beach, staff are all very nice and eager to help. There are restaurant options on ground, the Moroccan restaurant was our favourite as it came with local entertainment. 」

「Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sehr nettes Personal, super Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen. Das Hotel ist sofort am Strand liegend mit eigenen liegen. Ich wäre gerne länger gewesen, weil ich die Unterkunft spontan gebucht hatte, war der Zeitraum schon ausgebucht. Ich komme bestimmt wieder. Nochmal ein Herzlichen Gruß an die nette Dame von der Rezeption, die mir entsprechend meines Bedürfnis ein tolles Zimmer gegeben hat. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. 」

「Nice, clean and staff goes above and beyond to help and very respectful. Good location as well. Good breakfast and tried dinner buffet for two nights for extra cost of 200dh each which was good. Stayed in building 2 it was nice and clean, house keeping every day. Only one thing which was disappointing was first morning of my stay, milk which was left in mini fridge in bedroom was off when I tired to make cup of tea in morning. Overall me and my husband enjoyed our stay.」
