住宿简介

Walk to Trails : 4BR All Kings : Hot Tub, Fire Pit

  • Four king beds. Trails at your doorstep. A private hot tub and fire pit set beneath Sedona’s iconic red‑rock skyline.

This refined four‑bedroom retreat sits in a quiet enclave off Highway 179, right where Sedona’s signature trails begin. Broken Arrow, Margs Draw, Little Horse, and the Chapel Trail are all minutes away, giving you effortless access to the landscapes most visitors spend half their trip trying to reach. Positioned south of the Y, you bypass West Sedona traffic entirely, allowing your days to unfold with ease.

The home sleeps 8 in complete comfort, with 4 king beds and 3 bathrooms. A thoughtful layout offers a natural balance of connection and comfort: two bedrooms enjoy their own upstairs wing, while the primary suite and a second king room anchor the main level. It’s an ideal setup for families, couples, or friends traveling together who appreciate shared spaces but also value room to unwind.

Tlaquepaque, Hillside, and Gallery Row sit just five minutes north; Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, the Chapel, and the Village of Oak Creek lie just south. Everything is on the 179 corridor, and none of it requires navigating West Sedona’s congestion. Leave the car parked if you prefer — the free trailhead shuttle to Cathedral Rock and Little Horse is a short walk up the road, and a resort next door offers a public spa, dining, and creekside access.

    THE HOME

Every bedroom features a king bed — no bunks, no sofa sleepers, no compromises. The layout balances togetherness with ease: the primary suite and a second king room sit on the main level, while two additional king rooms share a comfortable upstairs wing with their own full bath.

The primary suite includes a king bed, en‑suite bath, and a deep soaking tub — a serene retreat after a day on the trails.

Inside, an open kitchen and living room create a warm, connected gathering space. The kitchen is well‑stocked for real cooking, and the indoor fireplace adds ambiance during Sedona’s crisp winter nights. A dedicated workspace offers a quiet corner if you need to step away.

Out front, a stone patio faces Mammoth Rock — the perfect sunrise coffee spot. Out back, a spacious patio backs onto mature trees, with a hot tub, fire pit, lounge seating, outdoor dining table, and grill. It’s a comfortable, inviting space designed for shared meals, slow mornings, and starlit evenings.

    THE LOCATION

This home sits in the coveted corridor between Uptown Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek — the stretch where Sedona’s signature trails actually begin. Being south of the Y means you skip the traffic that shapes most visitors’ trips, giving you more time on the trails and less time in the car.

NEXT DOOR — Outbound Sedona Resort
A two‑minute walk brings you to Outbound Sedona, a newly rebuilt 18‑acre resort along Oak Creek.

The Spa at Outbound is open to the public. Book a treatment and enjoy access to the resort’s outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge for the day. Adults only; reservations required.

Lucida Desert Kitchen + Bar offers dinner and drinks with al fresco seating under the red rocks.

Tennis and pickleball courts, plus creekside walking paths, round out the amenities.

Some booking sites still list it under its former name, Poco Diablo — same location, entirely reimagined.

    GETTING AROUND WITHOUT A CAR

The North SR‑179 Park & Ride is a twelve‑minute walk from the home, offering free shuttle service to Cathedral Rock and Little Horse Thursday through Sunday. Buses are wheelchair accessible and bike‑friendly.

Sedona Shuttle Connect provides on‑demand rides from the house to trailheads, shops, and restaurants for $2 ($1 for seniors). The Verde Shuttle runs the 179 and 89A corridor hourly until 10 PM.

Routes may shift seasonally or during fire activity — check sedonashuttle.com when planning.

TRAILS — most of them are minutes away

    — Broken Arrow — about 4 minutes. Slickrock, Submarine Rock, and Chicken Point. Also the route the Pink Jeep tours run, so you can hike it or ride it.

    — Margs Draw — about 5 minutes. Just under four miles, a short climb at the start and easy after that, and far quieter than its neighbors.

    — Little Horse — about 4 minutes. Wildflowers, easy grades, and a connection through to Chicken Point. Parking here is far saner than at Bell Rock.

    — Chapel Trail — about 6 minutes. Links the Chapel of the Holy Cross to Little Horse and loops around Mammoth Rock — the formation you can see from the front patio.

    — Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte — about 9 minutes south. The classic loop.

    — Cathedral Rock — about 8 minutes.

    — Airport Mesa vortex and Scenic Lookout — about 9 minutes. Best sunset in Sedona that doesn't require a real hike.

    — Sedona Airport — about 12 minutes, up the same road. Scenic flights and helicopter tours leave from here, and it is the best way to see the red rocks from above.

A Red Rock Pass is required at most Forest Service trailheads. We'll send details before you arrive.

EASY WALKS — no hiking boots required

    — Bell Rock Pathway — about 9 minutes. Wide, well-graded, and genuinely flat for long stretches. Families do a comfortable half-hour out and back with small children. The most accessible red rock scenery in the area.

    — Chapel of the Holy Cross — about 8 minutes. Free, a very short walk up from the parking area, and one of the few landmark views in Sedona reachable with limited mobility — they keep loaner wheelchairs and walkers on hand and run a golf-cart shuttle from the lower lot.

    — Oak Creek — runs directly behind the resort grounds next door. Shaded creekside walking within a few minutes of the house.

    — Crescent Moon Ranch / Red Rock Crossing — about 15 minutes. Flat, shaded, creekside walking to the Cathedral Rock reflection view. Small per-vehicle fee

    — Red Rock State Park — about 20 minutes. Gentle loops along Oak Creek and ranger-led walks.

    FOR KIDS

    — Bell Rock Pathway again — the stroller-friendly first stretch is a genuinely good outing with small children.

    — Village of Oak Creek Association Park — about 10 minutes. Grass, shade, covered picnic tables, basketball, restrooms, and a water filling station. A good landing spot after Bell Rock.

    — Posse Grounds Park — about 11 minutes. Newer playground, picnic ramadas with grills, skate park, dog park, and a disc golf course.

    — Sunset Park — about 12 minutes, in West Sedona. The best all-round family park in town: separate structures for toddlers and older kids, a seasonal splash pad, tennis and basketball, shaded lawns.

    — Slide Rock State Park — about 25 minutes up Oak Creek Canyon. A natural sandstone water slide in the creek. Two honest notes: the water runs cold even in summer, and the lot fills by mid-morning, so go early.

    — Pink Jeep Tours — about 7 minutes to their uptown office, and their flagship Broken Arrow run uses the trail four minutes from this house. Reliably the highlight of the trip for kids.

    TLAQUEPAQUE, HILLSIDE, AND GALLERY ROW

You're five minutes from Sedona's entire arts district, and it's all on your side of the traffic.

Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village is built to feel like a Mexican colonial village — stucco archways, cobbled walkways, courtyard fountains, and mature sycamores shading nearly all of it. Forty-plus galleries and boutiques. It's where we send guests when it's too hot to hike or the weather turns: almost everything is shaded or indoors, and three or four hours disappear without planning a thing.

Eating there: The Secret Garden Cafe for breakfast through dinner on a garden patio, with deep vegan and gluten-free menus. René for the special-occasion dinner — French-Mediterranean, formal, reserve ahead. Oak Creek Brewery & Grill for casual and easy with kids. Pump House Station just across the road for outstanding brunch.

Hillside Sedona is about a mile up the road — roughly a 25-minute walk, or four minutes if you drive. More galleries, and two of the busiest patios in Sedona:

The Hudson — a red rock view with dinner, and the reason most people come. Bison burgers, chicken pot pie, seafood. Book ahead at peak times.

Javelina Cantina — Mexican, with a back patio looking straight at the rocks and a margarita flight worth ordering.

Gallery Row fills the stretch of 179 between Hillside and Tlaquepaque, and Creekside American Bistro and Hideaway House sit just past it — both about a mile and a half, both with patios.

A tip worth taking: walk up for dinner and ride the Verde Shuttle back. It runs the 179 corridor until 10 PM for a dollar, and Sedona is a dark-sky town — there is very little street lighting once the sun goes down. Take a torch if you plan to walk both ways.

    FOOD AND GROCERIES

    — Whole Foods — about 10 minutes. Closest full grocery; stock up on arrival.

    — Natural Grocers and Safeway — about 10 minutes, both in West Sedona.

    — Clark's Market — about 11 minutes south in the Village. Excellent deli and hot food if you'd rather not cook.

    — The Lisa Dahl restaurants — about 12 minutes south. Three of Sedona’s best-known chef’s six restaurants sit together in the Village of Oak Creek, and you reach all of them without going near West Sedona:

Cucina Rustica — upscale Tuscan and Umbrian Italian, and one of the most beautiful rooms in the area. Dinner only.

Butterfly Burger — her couture burger lounge, with a proper cocktail bar. Award-winning burgers, and thoughtful vegan and vegetarian options.

Pisa Lisa — wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, organic salads, and house-made gelato. The most affordable of the three and the easiest with a group.

    — Juniper Bar & Grille at Sedona Golf Resort — about 12 minutes. A patio looking straight at Bell Rock.

    — Uptown Sedona — about 7 minutes for the widest range of restaurants and shops.

    FARTHER AFIELD

    — Verde Valley wine country (Page Springs, Cornville) — about 35 minutes

    — Flagstaff — 50 minutes. Grand Canyon South Rim — 2 hours 15 minutes.
