We always stay here about every other year when coming to Fossil Creek. The staff is helpful, check-in is easy & the rooms are clean. Continental breakfast is great for a light bite in the morning. We will keep coming here.

Everything was great! The front desk staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and check-in was quick. The quick breakfast and the coffee available all day! However, there was one issue: there are large gaps underneath the doors, allowing you to hear people talking and walking very loudly in the hallways. Bright light also shines through the gaps under the doors when you’re trying to sleep. They really need to seal the gaps on both sides of the doors, as other older hotels do, to help reduce the noise and block out the light.

I enjoyed my stay. The reception desk manager was very nice and welcoming. They seemed to be renovating some rooms with new A/C units. My room had an older unit but it worked like a beast. They had continental breakfast and a pool for the kids to play. It was quiet (my kids were probably the loudest thing about the hotel). The beds were comfy and clean, which is really my only nitpick about staying anywhere.
