    3 BR / 2 BA nicely upgraded single-level vacation home with a massive great room boasting vaulted beam ceilings and a full wall of windows to enjoy breathtaking views of Sedona's beautiful red rocks. The home sits on 1/2 acre property surrounded by natural vegetation creating a very private retreat.
    The driveway accommodates four vehicles. The garage is available for one vehicle and for all your adventure gear.

Everything was wonderful. Host was very responsive & helpful. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and the back yard gorgeous! Enjoyed both the hot tub & the fire pit. Great views & location. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great trip at this home. There were 6 of us - 2 younger kids and grandparents. Plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub and stargazing, with the fire pit and view of the red rocks was amazing. It's a private backyard, although closer to the street noise, it still felt quiet and secluded. All the amenities we needed, games, stocked kitchen, fireplace, smart tv. Beds were comfortable. Host was very helpful and very responsive, giving us recommendations and helping throughout our stay. Would recommend!

Amazing stay. Just as comfortable as home

Spectacular house, location and hosts. Beds were comfortable, kitchen contained everything we needed and the bathrooms were spacious. The views of the red rocks were stunning. The house was located close to great hikes, food and day spas. The hosts have thought of everything needed: park pass, lots of Sedona hike and activities books, two bikes, backpacks, laundry facilities, games, and hot tub and BBQ. Hosts are awesome ! I unhesitatingly recommend it.

Finally, a Vrbo that is what it advertises to be

A lot like Internet dating, I frequently find that the reality of a VRBO rental is not as good as the photo ads. This one exceeded all expectations. It’s a 10/10. Everything was perfect. The beds were wonderful excellent supplies, fully fenced yard and the most gorgeous sit down of you you could ever ask for Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had.
