Enjoy a stylish experience at this new centrally-located gem in West Sedona. 420 square ft guesthouse nestled on our treed lot in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a private bedroom with a queen bed and a television. Features a stylish kitchenette with coffee pot, coffee, hotplates, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, and a crockpot. The home is a short distance to many hiking trails such as: Thunder Mountain, Chimney, Devil's Bridge, Little Sugarloaf etc. There are several dining options and grocery stores just a few minutes away.
This is a Brand New Guesthouse! It is nestled among the Pinon and Juniper Pine in West Sedona making this a Stunning and Serene Getaway. Come enjoy the peaceful, clean and cozy setting of this one bedroom, 420 square foot home featuring a kitchenette and 3/4 bath (beautiful shower, no tub). Spacious vaulted ceilings recessed lighting and plenty of windows which provide glorious natural daylight. Rest and rejuvenate on the organic, pillow top, queen bed. Enjoy an evening stroll around the neighborhood followed by a evening by the fire pit. Grill and eat outdoors.
The Parking for the Guesthouse is a paver driveway to the right of main house. There are two steps down to the patio which leads to the front door.
Your hosts live in the main home on this property and will be available for any questions that you may have.
This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of W. Sedona. We are within a few miles of many trails, restaurants, and uptown shopping area.
Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a limited service available with LINKS transportation.
Sedona is a dark skies community and allows only low lumens lighting. Nights skies can be very dark, so your phone flashlight may be needed for evening walks and late check-in's. Sedona also has a noise ordinance and requires quiet after 10 pm.
Firepit: Directions for the firepit are on the inside of the firepit door.
Our beautiful bathroom features a tiled shower, heated fan feature, shampoo/conditoner, and body soap. We opted out on a bath tub, but please enjoy a hot shower!

The Zins were exceptional hosts and their rental was very thoughtfully stocked with exactly what guests would need in the places where it was needed. It was decorated beautifully with lovely natural tones and accessories in a quiet, green shaded area of Sedona with warm red accents. The unit was very clean, although tiny little ants would seem to spontaneously appear from nowhere at times--perhaps a total of 15 during the evening and morning we were there, but these were certainly *not* due to a lack of cleanliness. Furniture and bed were all comfortable and up-to-date furnishings. Conveniently located near areas of interest but set far enough off the main road to be a calm, quiet place. The space is the perfect size for a couple. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend their place!

Great location and very peaceful
Pete & Theresa are really sweet hosts. I chatted with both and they are very kind and laid-back. The quarters were very private even though it is on their property. It was very peaceful. The neighborhood is very quiet so if you’re looking to get away from the uptown area, this is a great option. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night and looking at the night sky, which was spectacular. It is a very short drive to Dry Creek Road. Go north on Dry Creek Road for endless hiking options. I would definitely return and definitely recommend!

Wonderful Experience
We were really impressed with this property and the experience we had altogether from the ease of checking in with the instructions we received from the hosts. We thought the property was quaint, and really was more than what we needed for one night. It was also clean and that’s something that I’m pretty particular about when I travel. The hosts also gave us a pillow treat of Hershey kisses and gave us eye masks to wear because they were a lot of windows that allowed natural light in, in the following morning, which were not able to be covered with blinds or drapes. We wished we were in Sedona for a longer period so we had more time at this property. If I’m back in Sedona I’ll definitely stay here again. I’m also going to recommend this property to my friends.

Absolutely perfect
Perfect spot for two! My wife and I loved this little guest house. It had everything we needed. all the appliances were new and nice and everything was perfectly clean. It's also less than 10 minutes a lot of the big hikes (Devil's Bridge, Cathedral Rock, etc. as well as lots of restaurants and shops. would 10/10 recommend and hope to be back! Also, Pete was very friendly and gave us some great hiking recommendations!

We spent the weekend here and could not have been more pleased. Check in/out was super easy, the location was great (thunder mountain was just around the corner for a close hike), plenty of shopping and food options as well. Sedona itself was beautiful, but beyond crowded. Spring break is the wrong time to visit. The shuttles increased the numbers of people on trails, which became an experience of how not to trip on the hundreds of people hiking in front and back of you. Restaurants had long lines, and parking spaces difficult to find, even if walking a long distance. The cottage was a nice reprieve from crowds.

Quiet and close to town
The guest house is modern, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. We hiked every day, and the guest house is conveniently located to the trails. The kitchen is well equipped, and the grocery store is only 1 mile away, so it is easy to cook your own meals. The hosts checked in several times to make sure everything was perfect. Overall highly recommended.
