Clean, comfortable, well appointed home about 6 miles outside the hustle and bustle of town.
We loved the backyard - beautiful shade trees and a network of natural walkways and bridges to mimic the paths and trails through the Red Rocks.
We enjoyed conversation and our morning coffee in the yard each day before the summer heat drove us inside to prepare for the day's excursions.
The home had possibly the best stocked kitchen in any VRBO we have ever rented with two 4/5 cup coffee makers (perfect to satisfy both bold and decaf drinkers) as well as another large coffeemaker. Every possible kitchen appliance, pot, pan, and tool was readily available. The bedrooms each had spacious walk-in closets with more than ample supplies of good quality hangers.
We very much enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and coming "home" after each day's adventures. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and well-stocked with towels, and "extras" such as Netflix offered late night options.
The only "critters" who tried to holiday with us were some ants in outdoor areas. Feral cats, javelinas, and other critters must have been vacationing elsewhere - which was fine with us! Birds, however, chirped happily in the trees and visited the bird-feeders adding to the beauty and tranquility of the outdoors.
We would highly recommend this vacation home, appreciated Maggie coming to our rescue when the glass sliding door locked behind us on our final day, and would return in a heartbeat on a future visit to Sedona.
Thank you, Maggie, for helping to make our vacation memorable, comfortable, and feel like home away from home.
