Great property! Was a wonderful retreat after days of hiking Sedona. Lots of great amenities. Kitchen is fully stocked with more dishes and appliances than I have ever seen at a rental house. And the views are amazing!

Spring Break 2025

This was our family of 4’s first time visiting Sedona. We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Not only was it a wonderful house with great features (hot tub, games, big yard), but the views and access to awesome trails and centralized location to everything we wanted to get to were just perfection. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Best back yard

Loved the layout of this home. Plenty of space for the entire family and a great backyard for kids to play in. The backyard is fenced in with a privacy fence and a gated pool area. The kitchen had good amenities as well as plenty of towels for bathrooms.

This property was a perfect fit for our ladies weekend. The location was great - close to trailheads and West Sedona restaurants. The house was clean and we loved the backyard for relaxing and enjoying the mountain views.

Perfect house for our family spring break vacation. Was central to all of the trails and activities we did, the views from the house were outstanding and the pool and hot tub were great for relaxing time. Would recommend and come again.

Wonderful Home in a Dream Location

This is a phenomenal property. We stayed 4 nights and wish we had stayed the whole week. It was SUPER clean, extremely well equipped, great location, incredible house amenities that we enjoyed every day. Best VRBO property we have ever stayed at. Don't hesitate to book this fantastic home.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay so much. Everything was in close proximity. The beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome. Also loved the seats scattered around the back yard. And the view of the Red Rocks was amazing.

The house was great having 3 bedrooms and the bonus room, which had a door making it very private! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had a beautiful fridge, stove and dishwasher. Thoughtfully it had both glass and plastic drinkware.

Lived up to all expectations!

The home is very nice! We found it just as pictured, comfortable, spacious, clean, great yard, good proximity to hiking trails, town, restaurants, etc. The pool area is great for kids of all ages and adults. Lots of seating and space in the yard with outdoor heaters if needed. The hot tub was clean and hot! Communication with the rental company is quick, clear and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here

Beautiful stay in Sedona

Family trip ( me, my husband, 4 sons and my dad) House was amazing/beautiful. Tastefully decorated, enough beds/ bathrooms for all. Loved the multiple outdoor covered seating areas, plus the pool was a plus & hot tub. Loved the area we were in quiet, views from house amazing. In a great area for shopping, restaurants etc. Day before arrival check in sheet with all details was extremely helpful? Plus departure day before also. We truly enjoyed our stay here, we hope to come back here again.
