Wonderful Family Experience

This is a beautiful property with all the amenities and a view to die for. Our family of 10 (grandparents, parents, and grandkids (3 teens) have stayed in several great places, and this one tops the list. Go there if you can.

Stunning home with gorgeous views from both levels. Beautifully decorated and comfortable, chef's kitchen, nice beds and bedding, plenty pool towels, dishes etc. Great outdoor space with comfortable chairs and multiple tables. Really wouldn't change a thing!

Sedona girls trip

This property is beautifully appointed. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. We spent hours every morning and evening on the deck viewing the red rocks show off their ever changing colors. Kitchen was big enough for 7 women! LolThe house is close to town which made making dinner reservations on time a bonus. We all agreed we would stay there again.

Sedona Sanctuary

This house was spectacular! We went for an extended family vacation and the entire group from the elderly, teens, and kids all loved the house. It was well stocked and had extraordinary views. The location was ideal for seeing the various great spots in Sedona.

Girls gone wild

Me and my 4 girlfriends decided to take a few days off to hike in Sedona. Roca Vista was exactly what we were looking for.... the property is near so many places we never had to drive very far. Shopping, hiking and dinner were fabulous! The house is so well maintained and comfortable. All 5 of us has a wonderful time (the hot tub is a huge plus) albeit bad weather. Highly recommend.

Beautiful House & View

The house is beautiful and the view is out of this world! The kitchen is well stocked. It was pretty much perfect. We had a group of 5 couples. Just know, only 2 of the 5 bathrooms were ensuite, but each couple had a bathroom for themselves. Be sure to read the welcome instructions regarding the downstairs door alarm to the pool area.We all agreed, we would definitely stay again!

Magnificent home nestled in the heart of Sedona. I would like to note that the fireplace in the main living area did not turn on after the fire night and a light bulb went out in the master bedroom, above the bed. Palisades Vacation Home

We selected this house because it fit our family, ten adults and four children, ages 12 months to eight years. It was perfect because each family had a bedroom and beds enough for all, and the view was awesome!! We didn’t realize at the time of renting how beautiful it was until we arrived. Morning coffee and meals on the deck were superb!! The pool and hot tub were in constant use. We highly recommend this home!!

Wonderful holiday stay in Sedona

The house was perfect for our 8-member family get- away. Fantastic location with breathtaking views of the red rock monuments. Beautifully decorated interior with fabulous kitchen that was amazingly stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc.) for our in-home dining. House was immaculate. Large bedrooms with 2 master suites. Large and comfortable common areas. Convenient to shopping and hiking trails. Clara was an outstanding hostess. A great communicator and always available to respond to our questions. We highly recommend the home to anyone visting the area.

4 days in Sedona

The house is pretty close to town (10 minutes by car from most places, though at times the traffic congestion in Sedona could stretch that to 30 minutes for some places) and was well stocked with staples such as pots and pans in the kitchen (though we did not cook), towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All the appliances and fixtures worked well. The manager was helpful and responsive, but we didn't really have any special requests while we were there. The house accommodated our party of nine comfortably, though the bathroom space for some of the guests was a little crowded - there are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a large master bath and a powder room, and the bathroom in the 2d master downstairs is very small. We were there at the end of December, and the heated hot tub worked well (we did not ask that the pool heater be turned on). The house is expensive, at least in December, but we knew that when we signed up. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay at the house.
