Location is superb, and the views are breathtaking. Walk to uptown in minutes for dinner, shopping and a gallery stroll before enjoying a quiet evening afterwards on the deck overlooking the Red Rocks as the sun sets. This two-bedroom, two bath home sleeps 5 and is literally just a block off main street in Uptown. Home has exceptional views and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The space is unique and boasts a large great room and deck great for gathering friends and family after a day exploring Sedona.
As you step into our Southwest-inspired abode, you'll be greeted by warm, inviting cinnamon tones and an abundance of natural light. The open concept living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Sink into plush sofas while the fireplace crackles nearby or gather around the dining table for a meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials.
The home is just a very warm space to spend some quality time with friends and family.

Our home is perfectly situated for accessing the wonders of Sedona. Walk to uptown or take a short drive to Oak Creek Canyon just minutes away and explore West Fork or Slide Rock for outdoor adventures. The Jordan Trail Complex is right around the corner and easily accessed by side streets, no need to fight traffic. For dining, shopping, and cultural experiences, the charming town of Sedona is just a stone's throw away.

Sedona Spice oh so nice

We had a great stay at Sedona Spice. The property is even better than the pictures. Everything is walkable. We really enjoyed the walks after dinners. The deck and the views from the deck were amazing. Check in was so easy and the place had everything you need. All in all it was a great stay.

Great home, amazing views, perfect location!

This was a wonderful rental. The location was absolutely incredible - easy walk to all the Uptown shops and restaurants, and short, easy drive to trails, Whole foods, CVS and even more restaurants. The view of the Red Rocks from the expansive deck was beyond description! The house was very clean and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Wonderful location and beautiful!

Beautiful home, excellent views

The house was well appointed and located in a great spot to be able to walk to many things to do or places to grab a bite. We really enjoyed being able to sit outside or inside and marvel at the outstanding views. The owner is very nice and communicated with us to welcome us. There were suggestions of things to do in the welcome book that we tried out too. It was a short visit, but a wonderful time in this lovely home. Can't wait to get back to Sedona, I would definitely try to stay in this home again.

Perfect place in Sedona

Wonderful, cozy home in the perfect spot in Sedona. Close to shopping, great restaurants and hiking trails. This home has the best views and everything you’ll need to be at home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Fabulous views and so close to all the main uptown areas. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Perfect walking distance to town. Perfect deck to drink coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise with the mountains.

Quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to uptown Sedona shops and restaurants. We loved the early morning view from the patio. Plenty of room and great kitchen! We will be back!

Sweet spot in Sedona.

Great views from the large private deck. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the congestion of downtown, yet a easy walk to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy hiking, there is a trailhead nearby that leads to some of Sedona's best hikes.

We've stayed at many VRBO facilities, and this is at the top. The owner was flexible, communicative, responded promptly to any and all inquiries, and was overall just a delight. The facility itself is stellar - roomy, well appointed, clean, great location, superb views, etc. I especially liked the extra touch of master bedroom bedstand light fixtures with outlets - like the finest hotels! You will have a GREAT time at this place.

Enchanting views

Easy to deal with manager/owner. Second time here because we love the views from the living room and deck. Very comfortable beds and excellent living spaces. Car port is covered and highly regarded by us for keeping the car cooler during the day. AC was on a schedule and worked well. Chargepoint station is 3 minutes away (walking) for those with an EV. We really enjoyed staying here.

Amazing views

I selected this house over another option when searching for a place to stay. The views of the red rock formations were hands down the feature that made it a no brainer. Gorgeous views through large windows made you feel so close you could almost touch it. The house and furnishings were a bit older but features were comfortable and relaxing. Location was close to town and the neighborhood was quiet. Just what we needed for a week of R&R!

Relaxing Retreat

We had a wonderful time at Sedona Spice! After long day of hiking various trails (trailhead quite close to David’s) so relaxing to come home have a drink on deck or as evening set in light the fireplace and enjoy the surrounding views. Several nights we spent just walking around downtown- an easy couple minute walk! David was quite accommodating working with us with Covid related issues. Would definitely come back!

Just Stunning

This is my 4th time staying at Sedona Spice, and that should say it all. Everything thing here is top notch starting with the view and location. Dave is a dream to work with, fast clear communication and very helpful with answering questions. The house was spotless and had everything one could need for a great vacation. The beds are comfortable, and I am very picky about beds. It's very handy to have the full size washer and dryer, oh and did I mention the view!

Best stay we have had in Sedona!

This beautiful home was just amazing! You will have the best views in town, no need to pay crazy restaurant prices when you can cook at home and enjoy the view from your huge deck. We have stayed in Sedona at least 15 times and this was our best stay yet. The location also helps avoid some of the busy traffic in Sedona, as you are walking distance to many many restaurants and shops. The home was quiet and comfortable, nice new shower in the master. I usually don’t like to stay in “ shared” residences but we had total privacy from the downstairs tenant and it really feels like a detached house. The owners were super responsive and I am really grateful that they allowed us to stay in this amazing home.

Wonderfully decorated, comfortable home with beautiful red rock views.

Sedona Spice was a great home base while vacationing in Sedona. We especially enjoyed the open concept kitchen/living room combination, with huge windows and great views ! We loved watching the Olympics in the cozy seating area with the TV . The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were great- plenty of hot water. We appreciated all the little extras, such as the umbrella and the styrofoam cooler, as we enjoy taking a little lunch on our hikes. We have stayed in several homes in Sedona in the past, and this was our favorite. We will be back. Thank you, David, for providing us with such a beautiful home!

Lovely rental

The outstanding features of this rental include 1. LOCATION- walkable to uptown shops & restaurants, plus easy drive to grocery stores, hiking trails etc. 2. Beautiful view of the Red Rocks, 3. Very comfortable house with thoughtful amenities (filters & ground coffee provided for the drip coffee maker, paper towels, salt, pepper, spices, 4. Neighborhood is well established & quiet, 5. Large capacity washer & dryer with laundry detergent provided & lots of hangers to hang up damp clothes, 6. Easy parking in the drive through driveway, 7. Owner is quick to respond &provided clear information about the rental. Overall, I would love to return to Sedona Spice &would not hesitate to recommend this rental to others. One thing that would put it over the top would be to provide sharpened kitchen knives (yes a little sharpener is available, but these knives were beyond its capabilities). However, this would be a major departure for VRBO rentals that pride themselves on the safety of having “no cut” utensils😁. Really,it’s a great place
