Spacious Ranch House Sedona

Property is very different, most of the neighbors are ranch owners on ranch lots. So you are farther apart from neighbors then any neighborhood in sedona. Facing Bell rock, the sundown views are always worth pinching yourself. Colors pop so differently every sundown. Master suite is so big, I placed a bed in that bathroom. Great for entertainment. Plenty of parking and quieter than most neighborhood. Which means better star gazing! if you like a dab of country/ ranch and outdoors, this is your house

It's all about the view. Relaxing on the patio at sunset, watching the light on the red rocks and then seeing the stars fill the sky was a highlight of a 13 day vacation in Arizona. Short, easy drive to the village if you don't want to deal with traffic into Sedona. Surrounding area is quiet and tranquil. House was comfortable although we would have preferred getting the check-in instructions more than 24 hours in advance. Would stay here again.

Location was amazing. Quiet area. Great views. Listing showed that there were multiple areas in the yard to use but we were asked to only use the front house area in the instructions left for us. We did not know that there were other rentals on the property. Was hoping to use grill but it was in the fence for one of the other properties. It's nice for a small group of people or 2 couples.

Better Than Expected

Clean, spacious, safe and quiet. We had a very pleasant stay. Easy to find, check in simple and wifi was very good. The views are breathtaking and overall had a a very nice stay

Beautiful views!

This house is nice. We had a bit of a rough start, but the property manager did get it corrected and the handy man was great!! We didn't realize it is connected to another rental, but they have separate entrances, which is nice. Also the need in the bathroom is really small, would be great for little ones, but not an adult. We would most definitely stay here again. It was close to everything we wanted to do, but you got to be in the "Country." The views from this house are stunning and the fire outside was really fun.
