Villa Dom Perignon boasts a large open layout with living room, kitchen and dining space seamlessly interconnected. The living room leather sofas and chairs can seat 10 in luxury. The extra-large dining table can host a dinner for 10 comfortably, while the kitchen bar can host 4 more. There is also an additional sofa to seat 4 more to entertain everyone in the group.
The house has 5 bedrooms that accommodate 20 guests easily and is spread out in 2 wings of the house layout, providing privacy for all guests.

The home has 2 large bathrooms and a half bath. The master bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk-in standup shower while the other large full bath also has a walk-in shower.

The game room has a full-sized pool table, foosball table and a game table for board games, as well as a TV to watch your favorite sports or movies.
Outdoor Space:
The home has an elegant lush green outdoor space equipped with BBQ and large modern firepit for those chilly evenings.
Outdoor space next to the deck is set up to play Badminton.
