Room was nice, very clean and updated. The sliding glass door and patio was a nice feature including the small table and chairs and hanging swing. They do not include a breakfast nor is there a pool, but price comparison to other motels they were reasonably priced. Parking was a little tight but adequate.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The only thing was that the shower didn’t have curtains. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful in a very beautiful location and the staff were awesome.

My friend and I stayed at the Dreamcatcher Inn during Easter weekend. While majority of our stay was average, it was not spectacular like we hoped. First, I want to talk about the room. Our booking was misleading. When the initial booking was made, I was under the impression that the room would have a view, especially since the room was listed as a “Panoramic Two Queens View”. The room that we were provided was on the 1st floor and gave a view of the parking lot and the check-in building. Literally. Not a single view. The view out of the balcony/patio area faced the parking lot on the opposite side. Immediately when this was noticed, it was reported to the hotel staff and we were met with “well, we have nothing on the 2nd floor”. So, my guest and I pretty much had to deal with it. Fine. Didn’t make a big deal because what could we do? It didn’t seem like it was a huge priority of staff to even help accommodate or make other arrangements on different days. After inspecting the room, majority was clean, until we made our way to the bathroom and found a used soap bar in the shower and some hair (assuming it was from the previous guest) that was clearly missed during cleaning. I can say that after we reported it, housekeeping came quickly to scrub down the bathroom. Much appreciated. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was amazing and strong. Limited space in the bathroom. Location was close to many popular eateries and restaurants. Comfortable stay but wouldn't book again

Great location. Room was dusty, dishwasher with dirty dishes, bath sink partially clogged. Staff text response was great. Check in staff could be a little friendly. Towels and bed sheets were clean. Cost was more than the benefit.

The room was clean, but, there were no closets in the room. Also, I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the room ahead of time, instead of waiting until I checked out. I would not stay there again, and not recommend it to anyone.

So so mattress, frame of bed made a drum sound while sitting down on it. No closet for clothing, no drawers for storing clothes. Paid 365.00 for something that should have been 100.00. Probably making the best profit they can from prime tourist season in Sedona. Staff of one was very nice. View from one little window in the kitchenette. Had a stove and fridge. It had pots and pans but we did not use it.

Someone tried to enter our room at 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. while we were still in bed. When I went to the front desk to sign out I mentioned the issue and was told that our second room key had been been dropped in the key drop earlier that morning. We never received a second room key. Very nerve racking knowing that someone had a key to our room. Front desk staff didn't really seem to have an answer.

Our 3rd night was terrible due to angry couple fighting until 3am. We had to call the Greentree Motel across the street, where there is someone on duty to notify the angry couple which they did. They told the couple that the next disturbance the police will be called. Dreamcatcher did discount our room and moved us to a much nicer 2nd floor room and the rest of the stay has been much improved. We required a kitchenette as we're staying a week, and did not want to eat out. There is a mini-dishwasher which is nice. We have a dog and there's nowhere on the property to potty the dog so we walk in the neighborhood behind by City Hall which worked fine and accessed on the west side of the property. I'd stay here again if we could have this end unit upstairs again. Rm 214 with 2 queens. We can also easily walk up to Thunder Mt trailhead from here on sidewalks all the way.

The Dreamcatcher is a decent hotel in a fairly central location. It's a obviously a on old roadside motel that's received a thorough makeover, which means that while it's short on modern amenities, it does exude a a certain amount of vintage charm. We particularly appreciated the fact that the Dreamcatcher is pet friendly as we were traveling through Sedona on a cross-country trip with our dog and couldn't have stayed anywhere that didn't accommodate pets.
