The insides were a little old-school, but that is part of it's charm. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful, and the people at the restaurant were fantastic. And food great too. "

The breakfast buffet is outstanding -- offering an array of delicious items. And the service staff was top notch. And you can't find a better location to the popular attractions. Bus line 840 and 843 is a quick 10-minute trip from the Berchtesgaden train station. And the boat ride and Jennerbahn are 1 and 2 bus stops respectively. If you are an active person who wants great accommodations and easy access to the attractions of Berchtesgaden National Park, you will be hard pressed to find a better option. "
