Home with a pool near Trogir with parking, BBQ

Home situated in Bristivica, 15 minutes away with a car from town Trogir. It consists of the first floor with private and separate entrance with 4 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and balconies. Outside there is a patio, BBQ area and a large pool. There are no neighbours nearby so you enjoy privacy.

This property can accommodate 10 persons. There is free private parking on the premises for up to 5 cars. The sea and the beaches are just 10 minutes away with a car.

The space
Inside the first floor, you have 4 bedrooms, each with a bed for 2 persons and its own A/C. In the living room, there is a sofa-bed on which 2 persons can sleep. You also have a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Wi-fi connection is strong throughout the whole property. There is also a crib (cot) and a high chair available.

Outside, there is a large dining area next to the BBQ. Next to the pool you also have deck chairs. The exact dimensions of the pool are 10x5 and with the depth of 1.6m.

Guest access
This place is unique since you have the peace and quiet necessary for a holiday and at the same time it's really close to Trogir (15 min with car). Split is on 35 minutes away with a car. Closest market is just 100 meters away. Closest restaurant is on a 10 kilometers distance.

You have the sole access to all inner space on the first floor of the house and all outer spaces around and near the property that is shown on the photos, you also have a separate private entrance. In short, you enjoy your privacy, as expected. Parking can be shared with owners sometimes, but you will always have enough space for your car(s).

Other things to note
Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia ), so that applies to this apartment as well. This means that outside noise levels should be moderate, normal, during that period.
