POOL OPENS MAY 16 2026! Our home is located in a private community in West Fenwick Island, DE. We are a bay front community with all the fun amenities that come along with "BAY-LIFE LIVING"! The location of our home is centrally located, and convenient to Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach DE, and north Ocean City, MD. Your stay includes the use of our BRAND NEW 2026 4-5 PERSON GOLF CART and access to our large community pool overlooking the bay with a private bay beach (truly amazing sunrises and sunsets). The golf cart is such a fun way to explore the neighborhood and go back and forth to the pool/gym/bay beach. There is a dock platform for crabbing. Kayak launch, we have a 2 person kayak. Zero entry pool with fountains, chairs, tables, and umbrellas. Pool Tiki Bar with ice maker and plugs for blenders or appliances. You have access to our community gym (machines, free weights, treadmills, stair stepper, ellipticals, rowing machine, bike). Large clubhouse with male and female bathrooms/locker rooms each with 4 showers and body wash.

Our home's private amenities include: Newly upgraded brand new 5 person GOLF CART, a 2-person kayak with youth life jackets, 2 stand up paddle boards, surf board, 10 beach chairs, 7 bikes, 1 electric bike, Cornhole, croquet, floating mat, family games, and basketball Pop A Shot game. Outdoor Grill. All is included in your stay!

Our home has a spacious deck, patio, and yard overlooking a large pond with fountains. The yard and patio is great for games, Cornhole, yoga, outdoor grilling, and lounging with coffee or cocktails either at sunrise or sunset! The kitchen has all that you would need: coffee pot/filters and complimentary coffee, small Keurig, Hamilton Beach citrus crusher, extra ice maker, lots of pots/pans/dishes, blender, hand mixer, Crockpot, air fryer, small garage fridge for drinks, Snow Cone Maker and Easy-Bake Oven for the kiddos :)! We have lots of spices & condiments in fridge and pantry for your use. Washer/dryer with laundry detergent and softner.

WiFi speed 1000 Mbps, 4 streaming TVs. Lots of family board games and cards.

First Floor Master Bedroom #1: King bed, TV, his and her sinks, double shower, large walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a covered walk out deck with furniture. The deck then steps down to a spacious patio with more seating overlooking the pond. Very peaceful!

Bedroom #2: King bed with private bathroom. Bathtub/shower/double sinks. TV
Bedroom #3: King bed with Jack and Jill bathroom (double sinks, bathtub/shower). This bedroom has a walk out deck/balcony with patio furniture. Overlooks the pond and has bay views. Lots of fireworks can be seen from here!
Bedroom #4: Bunk beds each with full size beds. Joining Jack and Jill bathroom (double sinks, bathtub/shower).

Second Floor family room area/loft area: Couch, TV, coffee table to play games etc. Blow up beds in case extra bedding is needed in the storage unit and can set up here if desired.
