"Prix trop élevé par rapport à la qualité et au confort de l'hébergement. Équipement très ancien et appartement mal agencé. Pas de micro-ondes. Salle de bain minuscule, tout le sol mouillé après une douche. Literie et mobilier de la chambre très ancien. Hébergement isolé d'un côté de l'île, accessible uniquement par un tunnel de 1,4km à sens unique. Le point positif est la tranquillité (au mois de Mai) et la proximité du bord de mer."

Luxury 6-Bedroom Villa Near the Sea with One of Brač’s Largest Private Pools

"Our group of 8 adults had an amazing stay! The villa exceeded our expectations and was even better in person than the lovely photos in the listing. The villa is located in an enclave of high end villas, perched above a dreamlike cove of crystal clear blue sparkling water and an easily accessible beach. The pool area is very large and has tons of comfortable sitting areas, a large dining area and a beautiful built in charcoal grill. We appreciated that beach towels were provided. There is a second kitchen located in the pool area with a full sized ice machine. The interior of the villa is well appointed and all the bedrooms are large, well laid out and the balconies attached to each room offer great views. We enjoyed several meals outside in the pool area and basic oils and spices were provided. The kitchens are well stocked with abundant dishes and cookware. For our other other meals, we enjoyed that we could walk to several restaurants, many directly on the sea and all were good quality and friendly, local owners, The communications with Stanko were top notch. He began reaching out immediately after we booked and he stayed in touch frequently, offering suggestions to make our trip smooth. The check in was seamless. He arranged a private hire boat and skipper for one day to tour the islands, we highly recommend this! We all agreed that our stay in Brac was the highlight of our 16 day Croatian adventure! Many thanks Stanko for your hospitality!"

"The property was clean and very comfortable with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Angela was extremely hospitable and met us at the property - a basket of welcome gifts was given to us. It felt homely and we enjoyed watching Netflix after a busy day! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was clean and attended to daily. The house location was ideal with a swim spot with ladder just over the road, 30 seconds walk. A local beach just 5 minutes walk away, and it was a 3 minute walk to the town and marina. A short drive around the bay to Selca to good beach cafes and more swimspots, and a pretty town with an olive oil shop (Bracchia) and what looked like good restaurants."

"We cannot say enough about this property and its exceptional location. The house itself is beautifully designed with thoughtful attention to every detail and the views are truly breathtaking from every window.The outdoor space is just as impressive, with a pool that adds an extra layer of luxury, and en-suite bathrooms attached to the bedrooms, which made the stay even more comfortable and private for our family.The sea is literally only about 10 meters from the house, and the town center is just a five-minute walk away, offering an easy selection of restaurants, cafés, and gelato shops. The surrounding beaches are outstanding, perfect for both children and adults, and the water is so clear and pristine that you can see your feet and fish no matter where you are in it.Our host was extremely accommodating and welcoming, greeting us with a thoughtful basket of treats and wine. The hosts were equally helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay.The home was absolutely ideal for our family of seven, and we enjoyed every moment. There are larger grocery stores and many additional dining options just a short drive away in neighboring towns, making everything very convenient.This is truly a place that invites you to slow down and relax, listening to the sea breeze, watching incredible sunsets, and enjoying wonderful food. We grilled many evenings at the house, and also walked into town for memorable meals. It’s a 10/10 stay!"
