“Great for families, we had an 8yr old and 12 Yr old, pools brillant, pool games and activities all day. Staff all excellent from reception who sorted our patio door sticking straight away, bar staff friendly, Pedro and jumo. Cleaning ladies, left fresh towels etc daily and kept apartment spotless. Grounds are cleaned and inspected every day. We were half board, breakfast was brilliant, dinner bit repetitive but could always find something we like. Stayed in one bed apartment no55 ground……

“En general bien pero unas tvs viejísimas donde no se puede poner un chromecast o firestick, en la piscina no hay muchas tumbonas y estas están ocupadas constantemente además de tener música a toda pastilla. Si quieres relajarte no es el lugar, además de ofrecer parking por 25€. El desayuno por contra que todo el mundo calificaba mal a mi me pareció completo y de gran variedad”

“The location is okay — around a 15-minute walk into Tossa de Mar, so it’s manageable, but it isn’t particularly central. The biggest disappointment for me was the mattress. “Jamais eu autant de bruit dans un hotel. Je suis venue avec mes 2 enfants et nous n'avons pas pu dormir le 1er soir a cause du bruit du bar jusqu'à 00h00 plus tous les jeunes qui font la fête jusqu'à 4h du matin a hurler ! Les ambulances qui passent 10 fois dans la nuit et au matin. On entend les voisins colme si on vivait ensemble si vius cherchée lz repos changer vite d'hôtel. C'est ibiza ! Le reste oui cest du 4 etoiles car il ya les services piscine spa (bien quilpossible qu'aller au jacuzzi……

“Beach and sea view from the room was fantastic. Room was a good size and well maintained, clean, and easy to maintain at the right temperature. There were always enough loungers and umbrellas by the pool, and the pool area is literally a few steps from the beach. As the beach was always very crowded, proximity to the beach made this property quite unique compared to the other nearby hotels. “The hotel is in a great location set back from the main beach promenade. Clean hotel and the staff are nice. Shame you cannot get coffee early in the morning as it’s only included if you purchase breakfast and the bar doesn’t open until 11am. Tea / coffee making facilities in the room would be nice. Luckily we found a local patisserie that served amazing coffee and pastries/ filled rolls etc. Very cheap. Pool Bar - is quite expensive compared to local bars and restaurants. Music around the……
