“Pros: We had an amazing time at the house in Biniamar! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The garden, pool, and cozy interior were all beautifully maintained and really made our stay special. “Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen – vor allem die Gartenanlage ist wirklich wunderschön und liebevoll gepflegt. Der Pool liegt traumhaft eingebettet in das Grün, und man merkt sofort, dass hier täglich gearbeitet wird. Ein großes Lob an den Gärtner, dessen Einsatz wirklich sichtbar ist!Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sauber und funktional. Ein paar Ameisen hatten wir in der Wohnung, was im Süden allerdings keine Seltenheit ist und uns nicht……

“Positiv war insbesondere der Check-in der bereits vorab online durchgeführt wurde und die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselkasten. Die direkte Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren allerdings an zwei Tagen Arbeiten auf dem Grundstück im Gange, die vorher nicht angekündigt waren. Man wundert sich schon wenn plötzlich ein fremder auf dem Hof steht und „Krach“ macht. ”

“Pros: Wunderschönes Haus im alten Ortskern . Außen fast unscheinbar, innen liebevoll restauriert und eingerichtet. Im Ort gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte, eine kleine Bar sowie ein kleines Bistro unmittelbar an der Kirche sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich habe nichts vermisst! Pedro und seine Frau sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar falls man etwas brauchen sollte. Der kleine Pool wurde täglich gereinigt!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! “Das war kein Ferienhaus, sondern ein Ferien-Zuhause! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung, die Kunst an den Wänden, alles liebevoll gestaltet. Einzig der Kunstrasen im Garten passte nicht zum anderen. Von der großen Dachterrasse war der Blick noch besser als vom Garten aus. Das Meer, die Berge. Total entspannend. Wir waren im Dezember hier. Die Heizung funktionierte und zwei Kamine sorgten für zusätzliche Behaglichkeit. Es gab Entfeuchter. Also kein Ferienhaus, das im Winter feucht……
