"Location convenience to train stations and shopping areas"

"This is not a 5-star hotel, 3-star at best! Let me break it down for you: Breakfast: no salt or pepper on tables, no napkins Rooms: small, no coffee maker, no soap ( just foam) or hand lotion, low quality shampoo and conditioner Location: not close to the big shopping centers in the north nor the Dotonbori area! Food: took 30 minutes for a sandwich and fries! And lastly, this is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that charged me for a late check out! Would definitely avoid this hotel! "

"Espectacular el hotel, su edificación es muy nueva, con decoración moderna, sobria, luminosa y con esculturas muy llamativas hacen que te quedes observando cada rincón del lobby. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy luminosas...la ubicación es genial muy cerca de las entradas al subte y sobre todo el hotel se encuentra emplazado en una avenida de lujo, con consecionarios de autos de primer nivel, tiendas de marcas internacionales y a 10 cuadras nada más y nada menos que Dotonbori. ... !"

"I was very pleased with the hotel and the cleanliness overall. Considering the price point it won't be 100% perfect. I did not purchase the breakfast but apparently it's good. I would purchase it before you arrive. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were moderate size but nothing special. It had good access to the subway if you can walk a little bit. Restaurants are all over the place anywhere you go."

You'll have to sit on an angle to use the toilet, and the shower/tub is so small and narrow it's difficult to wash and shower normally. Water pressure was also weak, so if you enjoy soaking"
