Paradise in Semur-en-Auxois

Our holiday was booked in January 2020, and due to Covid we had to wait 2 and a half years to take our vacation. It was certainly worth the wait. It was exactly what it said on the tin. The ‘workshop’ was beautifully and stylishly renovated, and it had everything that we could possibly need. The beds and living area were comfortable and spacious. It was very hot during our stay, and the marvellous swimming pool was a godsend. The outside space with a large table and chairs was perfect for al fresco meals. Louise was a fantastic host, and went out of her way to help us enjoy the stunning local area, providing directions and super recommendations. When we arrived after a very long journey we dined on delicious foods that she had prepared for us that had been available to order in advance. Louise’s husband also kindly gave us fresh vegetables from their garden. Thanks so much for a fabulous holiday.

Séjour détente entre amis

Très bon séjour, Louise et son mari sont présents mais très discrets. Seul bémol, nous pensions être les seules à disposer de la piscine et il y a plusieurs locations et pas de chance nous étions avec des personnes ayant 2 chiens et dans la piscine, c'est pas terrible, voir dégoutant de se baigner avec des poils de chiens. Louise est son mari sont intervenus. Nous pensons y retourner avec nos enfants. Merci beaucoup de votre accueil. Julie

Super sympa

La location est très propre ,les propriétaires sont présents juste ce qu´il faut ,nous avions commandé des plats tout étaient parfait:(escargots, bœuf bourguignon et tarte à la rhubarbe...) Le lieu nous a plu ,il faut apprécié les 🐸🐸 qui croassent mais on s´habitue au karaoké du soir🤣 Pour nous ce fut piscine,transat,et dîner à la terrasse avec un bon vin de l'hospice de Beaune ,après à voir vu une partie d´une très belle région ,je pourrais y revenir, à vous de le découvrir .

Superbe maison tout équipée avec jardin, terrasse et piscine. Tout est adapté si on a des jeunes enfants. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Séjour réussi !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet ancien atelier transformé en habitation. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours à l'écoute. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. La piscine se situe à 15 m du logement : elle est aménagée de nombreux transats et est très agréable. Elle a fait le bonheur des parents et des adolescents !

CONVIVIALITE ET DEPAYSEMENT

Comment redécouvrir sa région d’origine tout en étant dépaysée… Un accueil chaleureux avec des attentions toutes particulières, nos hôtes ont été merveilleux, souriants et toujours à notre écoute, tout cela avec une discrétion assurée. Les produits « maison » : œufs, confitures, jus de pomme… sont délicieux. L’habitation est également à l’image de nos hôtes, tout est prévu pour notre bien-être, décoration d’exception dans un cadre relaxant. Au bout de quelques heures on se sent « chez nous ». L’espace piscine est très confortable (avec de nombreux sièges, transats, tables...) et très appréciable par beau temps. Le service plus : les massages, je le recommande vivement. Ces quelques jours ont été très bénéfiques ! Merci pour tout.
