"The shuttle bus goes to the airpoirt every 30 minutes. Its an extra cost but Renaissance does not share with other hotels so you’re almost sure to get a place on the bus. "The boat was a great, fun stay in London. A few minutes walk from Kew bridge station and the buses to get around London, yet lovely and quiet. Perfect to be able to walk across the bridge into Kew.
