House is virtually brand new. Well decorated. Spacious. Clean as a whistle. Heated pool/ hot tub. Billiards room. And a great property management company.

Plenty of Room for all

Close to Seneca and Clemson University. Go Tigers!! This house is very spacious and well appointed for large groups of people. It is still early in the season so they were not quite ready for us. The pool, hot tub, wi-fi, televisions were not operational. There was no communicaiton sent to us about any of these none working items. Without notice, a tech was sent to the property (our first morning) to attempt to get the Wi-Fi up and running, however, the passwords are with the home owner "hours away" so our stay did not include Wi-Fi which made remote working a challange. The yard is exceptional but the lawn hadn't been mowed and had weeds overgrowing it. The previous occupant did not clean the grill (probably because there is no brush). All those points aside, we would absolutly rent this house again (assuming everything is in working order). There was so much attention to detail in the layout and qulity of this house. The boat dock was perfect for our boat. Overall, a great property and well worth it once the view details are fixed. We've rented about 10 houses on Lake Keowee over the past 10 years, this is by far one of the best!

Great place for a business retreat

We used this location for a staff off site 2 day meeting. The rooms were fantastic, the outdoor space amazing and the little living spaces for smaller meetings worked well. I think we will definitely use this house again. The property management people were very responsive. Beautiful house!

Family reunion

We rented this amazing house for our annual family reunion. This year our reunion was the week following my daughter’s wedding. We live in Greenville,SC, but my family came from Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Colorado and California. We had family members of all ages: 1yr to 73. The house was stunning and perfect! The lake was amazing! We brought our own bought but we would have had a wonderful time without it. The property management company was so repairable if we needed them and everyone wants to return for another reunion. Thank you for this fantastic home!

Lots of Room for Everyone

We loved this house and all of the room it had for our 14 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
