  • Location: on the Lungomare Mameli, convenient to all services a stone's throw from the beach.

    Description: two-room apartment on the ground floor. Living room with single sofa bed and dining table - kitchenette - washing machine - bedroom with double bed and two single beds - bathroom with shower.

    Outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

    Parking space inside the condominium courtyard.

    WI-FI service.



    Self-check-in is via a key box, for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.

    Prepayment is due by bank transfer within 7 days of arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.



    Guests will find beach equipment at their disposal which includes:

    - Transport trolley

    - Umbrella

    - 2 sunbeds

    - Chair

    These equipment can be taken to the beach during the day and repositioned in the designated area in the evening.
