The room is located in a small building on the third floor. This is an attic of 30 sqm with independent entrance, 1 double bed, 1 single bed (for a total of 3 places), bathroom and small terrace.

Good location and everything you need!

Lovely hosts who looked after us well in this well located property. Makeshift kitchen area but tbh this is all you need if eating out in the evenings. Cute little apartment with balcony and hurrrrahhhhh.......really effective A/C! Would recommend 😀Thanks unit!and bal

Bezaubernde Terrasse...

Ein echtes Schmuckstück , diese kleine Appartement! Mit Charakter und einer wundervollen Terrasse, die sowohl morgens beim ersten Kaffee, als auch abends beim Glas Wein mit ihrem Blick über die Dächer und auf die historische Altstadt besticht. Wer keinen zu großen Wert auf Luxus legt, aber die zentrale ( 5 min in die Altstadt , 15 min zum Strand)aber dennoch ruhige Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren mit dem Motorrad in Senigallia und haben dort eine so schöne Zeit verbracht, daß wir überlegen dort auch einen längeren Urlaub zu verbringen. Neben der besonders netten und bemühten Vermieterin haben uns auch der Aufzug im Haus und die Klimaanlage erfreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le Studio est un grenier il est bien situé et bien pratique, avec un balcon par contre pas de cuisine en cas ou vous cherchez un appartement avec cuisine juste un mini bar et un micro-onde et une bouilloire . Merci à Roberta et Daniel pour leurs accueil et leurs gentillesses.

Comodissimo monolocale nel cuore di Senigallia

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questo confortevole appartamentino, comodo al centro, al mare ed a eventuale parcheggio. Pulitissimo, arredato con eleganza e cura dei dettagli, è consigliatissimo. La proprietaria è una persona davvero molto gentile e sempredisponibile

Better than expected

It's more than a room, it's your own apartment. It's a studio apartment without a kitchen. There are two beds, one queen and one single and a nice terrace that fits 3/4 people. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is PERFECT! You are within walking distance to both the historic center with dozens of restaurants and the beach! This place is a no brainer, location, super nice hosts and immaculately clean.
