Location: Prime beachfront location, with a beach umbrella and two loungers reserved for the "Bagni 142" establishment until September 14th. A truly unique solution.



Description: Located on the ground floor of a small beachfront residence.

Living room with dining table, kitchenette, and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Private parking space.



Self-check-in via a locker with keys (a code will be provided on the day of arrival).

Prepayment by bank transfer within 7 days of arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.



The price includes:

- water, electricity, and gas consumption

- 24-hour on-site assistance

- initial and final cleaning
