Location: Vivere Verde area, quiet residential area convenient to services, not far from the historic center of Senigallia. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Description: First floor with elevator. Entrance to living area with dining table, double sofa bed, equipped kitchen with breakfast corner - dining room with table and chairs - first bedroom with double bed and storage room - second bedroom with bunk bed - bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Air conditioning in the living area and sleeping area. Wi-Fi service with Smart TV attached.
