EXCEPTIONAL HOUSE overlooking the sea/8 persons/ DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH

"Nous avons énormément apprécié le séjour. La maison est véritablement « les pieds dans l’eau » avec accès direct à une plage de galets (plage de sable à moins de 500m). La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée (climatisation dans 3 chambres sur 4, tout l’électroménager nécessaire, une plancha sur la terrasse du bas …). Sur 3 niveaux (attention aux escaliers sans rampe pour les enfants en bas âge) avec au niveau rue 3 chambres et l’unique salle de bain, niveau en-dessous un immense salon-cuisine (et une petite chambre sans Clim) avec terrasse et vue imprenable sur la mer et la plage du Rouet et enfin la 2eme terrasse en bord de mer avec la plancha. La maison est laissée telle quelle par la propriétaire qui y habite en temps normal, y compris la chatte dont il convient de s’occuper (nourriture tous les jours, …), ce qui est assez inhabituel dans ce type de location. Un point à noter est que la maison est située dans une impasse protégée (où il a été très facile de garer 2 voitures) donc au calme (si ce n’est les bruits provenant de la plage et des animations des restaurants sur la plage du Rouet) et éloignée du centre-ville de Carry-le-Rouet (5’ en voiture, sans commerce de proximité). En conclusion : un cadre unique enchanteur et une maison très confortable."

"It's a beautiful property with nice rooms. The only downside was that there are no umbrellas or shade really at all to be had at the pool. It was a shame as it was very warm and it would have been nice to spend longer at the pool, but it wasn't really possible without damaging my skin."

"Maison très agréable, au calme et à l’ombre des pins, avec terrasse très appréciée pour sa magnifique vue mer et sa température tempérée par la brise marine. Jolie plage accessible en qq minutes à pied. Commerces de qualité à proximité. Localisation au top pour découvrir la Côte bleue.Propreté parfaite de la maison et équipements parfaitement adaptés pour 5 adultes.Merci pour la fluidité des échanges préalables avec Daniel et à l’accueil arrangeant et chaleureux assuré par Olivier. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour. "

"Excellent séjour chez Muriel et Laurent. Accueil chaleureux et hôtes à l’écoute.Appartement très propre, literie de bonne qualité et respect du descriptif de l annonce. Une adresse à conserver et à conseiller les yeux fermés. Carry le rouet est une jolie station balnéaire à découvrir !"

"We enjoyed our time at Villa la Nicole. Anne was very welcoming and helpful, and talked through how to use the jacuzzi when we explained that was what we wanted. We really appreciated the super-fresh eggs from her chickens!The only critique is that the flat is by no means 'two steps' from the beach. It is a fifteen-minute walk. Not too far at all, but better described as having a view of the sea, over the village."

"Stunning location in Carry le Rouet with 3 basically private beaches five minute walks away. The only issue is that getting into Marseille from this town is a complete pain (bus to train that only runs 3x a day) so if you don’t want to pay 40 euros for an uber be prepared to transit over an hour. Otherwise the neighborhood is very protected and clean and close to a couple restaurants right by the beach. Besides a small ant problem, the actual room was perfect for the price and had everything we needed. "
