I’ve been fortunate to travel to around 50 countries and stay at about 20 different resorts, but this one truly stole my heart. It is by far the most beautiful place I have ever experienced, both inside and out. From the moment you step into the reception area—absolutely mind-blowing—you can feel the magic of this resort. Everything is spotless; it’s so clean you could eat off the floors. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. This resort isn’t just a stay—it’s an unforgettable experience that sets a whole new standard for hospitality. 5 stars not enough for this place!!!

My kid loves it!

It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. The room service food was great too, though I wish there were more selections and extended availability (it’s only available after 7 pm). The pool is great for kids, with two slides and heated water. During our stay, I was very impressed with a person who worked at the pool desk on 9/9 around 8:30 pm. My daughter fell during the laser show, and she was willing to help, treating my daughter with kindness. She was also very thoughtful, providing a waterproof bandage. The only downsides of this hotel are that the pool opens at 11:00 am, making it hard to enjoy before checkout, and the limited hours for room service. Overall, it’s a great hotel for fun with kids and family.

여기 가느니 신라나 파르나스 아니면 그랜드조선 가세요.

본인은 제주도 웬만한 호텔 다 가봄. 신라 그랜드조선 파르나스 켄싱턴 해비치 외에 가성비호텔도 두루 이용함. 여기는!!!! 비싼 가격에 비해 별 것 없는 곳. 외관은 마치 중국 부자들이 좋아할 듯 한 샹들리에와 프런트 뒷 배경 꽃무늬 시작으로 라운지는 전체 사이즈에 걸맞지 않게 너무나 작아서 너무 초라함. 그랜드피아노도 없이 라이브 하고 의자 몇개 없음. 이런거 다 차치하고 불만이었던 점은 수영장에 휴지가 둥둥떠다니고 휴지조각이 계속 떠다님. 전반적으로 관리가 좀 안됨 사우나는 물이 안빠져서 샤워실에서 샤워하는데 입구쪽으로까지 물이 범람하고 직원에게 (머리 긴 여자 라이프가드) 얘기하니 입 대빨나와서는 대답도 잘 안하고 불친절이 몸에 벰. 사우나 나오면 깔려있는 러그는 물흡수도 안돼서 밟을때마다 물이 찍찍 나옴. 헬스장은 개인운동화 사용못한다는데 헬스장가려고 따로 챙겨온 내 운동화가 빌려주는 운동화보다 더 깨끗했음. 직원들 편의를 위해 고객불편을 당연시하는 곳. 관리나 깨끗하게 잘 하던가. 제일 중요한건 자고 일어나니 다리에 베드버그 물린 자국들. 다녀오고 며칠 지났는데 아직 회복이 안됨. 잘때 가려워서 습해서 그러려니 하고 잤는데 베드버근지 진드긴지 였음. 전체적으로 즐길거리도 별로 없고 너무 아쉬웠음. 좋다좋다 하길래 궁금해서 이용해보았으나 진짜 별로임. 전반적으로 가격에비해 시설이 너무 짜침.편의점도 없고 선베드 이용은 십만원임. 뷔페는 평이함. 저녁식사는 대체로 인당 15만원 이상 코스음식과 뷔페뿐이고 제일 안좋은것중 하나는 룸서비스 음식이 종류나 너무 없음. 다신 이용 못함.

숙소도착해서 룸에서 불쾌한 냄새가 심해서 방교환요청을 했는데 만실이어서 교환은 불가했구요. 공청기 작은거 한개, 가습기 한개, 페브리즈, 디퓨저용액 주시더라구요. 리조트 가격대비 서비스가 별로였습니다. ㅠ아쉬웠어요. 조식은 괜찮았습니다

정말 좋았습니다. 7성급이라고 광고를 하길래 과장이라고 생각했는데 직접 가보니 정말 7성급이라 할만합니다. 5월연휴기간이라 풀부킹이었는데도 번잡하지 않고 사람들이 바글바글하지 않아서 너무 여유롭고 좋았어요. 친절하고 세련된 매너를 가지신 직원분들의 응대도 좋았고 숙박객들도 조용조용 매너가 좋았어요. 심지어 어린아이들도 울지 않고 조용히 잘 있어서 신기했어요. 가정교육 잘 받은 어린아이들만 오는 건지.. 조용히 여유있는 호캉스 원하시면 강추합니다. 뜨끈한 온수풀 대박입니다. 근데 풀에 사람이 없어서 온전히 이용할 수 있어요.

공사소음 모닝콜

예약하면서 7성급을 표방하는 곳이니 어차피 좋을거라고 예상하고 체크인 함. 일단 방 선택시 뷰에 대한 구분이 없어 비스타 & 프레스티지 차이는 방크기 차이인줄로 알고 비스타로 예약. 비스타는 전부 정원뷰 프레스티지는 1,2층까지는 모르겠고 3층은 그나마 오션뷰일듯 함. 비스타 바로 뒤쪽 토스카나 공사중. 아침에 엘리제를 위하여 노래 들으며 거뜬하게 깰 수 있음. 화장실 변기 수압 약함. 체크아웃 할 때 공사소음 어디에라도 고지한 적이 있는지 물으니 “체크인 할 시 고지한다”(????)라고 함. 체크인 시 고지 못받음. 근데 서울에서 짐싸서 비행기 타고 제주도로 휴가온 사람한테 체크인 시 고지하는게 내 상식으로는 이해가 안감. 기분 좋게 놀러가서 얼굴 붉히기 싫어서 그렇군요 하고 말음. 다음에 숙박시 신경 써 준다는데 그럼 뭐 이름이라도 적어 두던가. 다시 예약은 안할듯. 그리고 7성급이라는데 전체적인 규모는 좀 작음.

공사소음!!!!

객실 맞은편 토스카나호텔 공사로 아침 7시부터 공사소음으로 인해 쉬고자한 휴가는 대실망!! 시에나측은 투숙객에게 공사를 공지하고 양해를 구해야되는거 아닌가요? 시에나호텔이 비싼객실요금을 지불하는 호텔인데 비싼돈주고 투숙해야되는지 의문이 들 정도였답니다.. 앞으로도 시에나는 토스카나공사 끝날때까지 소음의문제는 계속될듯합니다

소음으로 조용한 휴식을 보내지 못했어요

맞은편 토스카나호텔의 공사로 인해서 아침 7시부터 소음으로 조용한 휴가를 원했던 저로서는 대실망!! 호텔측에 얘기를했으나 만실이라며 어쩔수없다는 말만 되풀이했고 최소한 공사로인한 소음은 투숙객에게 공지를 하고 양해를 구했어야 하지않았나 싶네요 객실요금이 타 호텔에 비싸도 감수하는건 그만한 이유가 있는건데 말입니다

시설이 좋은 hotel 입니다만 약간의 아쉬움이 있었습니다.

새로 오프한 hotel이라 시설들은 깨끗하고 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 편안하게 잘 쉴수 있었습니다. 그런데 check in시에 방에 여유가 있었음에도 1층을 배정하여 주셔서 저희가 다른 층을 요구하여 변경을 하였습니다. 방의 여유가 있는 상황에서 고객을 생각한다면 좋은 층으로 먼저 배정을 하여 주셔야 하는 것 아닌지 많이 아쉬웠습니다.

이국적이었던 더 시에나리조트

이국적인 풍경과 내부 시설들이 마음에 들었어요~ 수영장 및 기타 시설 이용하는데도 불편함이 없었고 객실 청결 상태도 좋았어요. 직원분들 친절도는 말할 것도 없네요. 여름이라 그런지, 객실 주변 불빛때문에 벌레들이 좀 있다는 점, 객실문 옆 화단 근처에 거미줄이 눈에 띄게 많다는점은 좀 아쉬웠네요. 옆에 있는 토스카나 호텔하고 여러가지 쉐어했던것 같은데, 나쁘지는 않았습니다.

아이들과 일박 머물렀어요 조경 객실청결상태 고급스러움 다 좋았고 무엇보다 풀장의 직원분들이 정말 친절하셨습니다 풀장 물은 따뜻했는데 아이들이 바다에서 놀다가 살이 햇볕에 그을린 채로 물에 들어가게 되어 좀 따가워 했어요 여름제외한 다른 계절에 가서 놀면 진짜 좋을것 같아요 (온수) 부모님 모시고 호캉스로 한번 더 가고 싶은 곳입니다~

제주도에서 유럽의 휴양지처럼 고급스러운 여유로움을 느낄 수 있는 곳. 가격이 좀 있지만 그만큼 북적북적하지 않아서 한적한 휴식을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 야외 온수풀이 유명하던데 야간 수영할 때는 야외와 이어진 실내 온수풀도 아주 멋졌습니다. 아이가 좋아해서 덩달아 행복했네요. 조식도 훌륭하고 풀사이드 레스토랑도 잘 되어 있어서 밖에 번잡하게 돌아다닐 것 없이 편안하게 호캉스하기에 좋습니다. 정원도 잘 되어 있어서 산책하고 수영하고 때 되면 식사하고.. 나니 휴가가 금방 가네요. 휴양지로서의 제주도를 느끼고 싶은 분들께 추천하며, 재방문 의사 있습니다.
