Great hotel overall. The room is small, but the staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s conveniently located near a convenience store and has a nice view facing the water. However, there’s no on-site restaurant, so you’ll need to eat out elsewhere.

Great hotel!

Hotel location is good and close to many attractions. They upgrade my room to river view triple room and it was very good and a Han River view was great! It was worthy!

Business trip

Stayed 5 nights for business and staffs are super cool and can exchange money from the reception and the area is so calm and quiet peaceful. Easy to catch a bus and subway. A great place to stay in the business & who loves peacefulness.

There were many moths in my room. I tried to tell the staff but there was nothing they could really do. I would have like to transfer rooms. That did not seem like an option.

It was okay.

The hotel exterior and lobby were better than the room. The staff were not that welcoming. I felt pretty impersonal. The room felt a bit dated and dark. I paid more for the river view, but it was not open, and the river was only seen between the apartments. Breakfast was the best part. There are pretty many selections. It's good to have it until 11 am on the weekend.
