冷氣機完全不受控制,預設溫度25度,但只有20度,或再低,早上會凍醒,而溫度之後再調較不了,永遠都不會回升。

離地鐵真的很近,附近應有盡有,便利商店、超市、汗蒸、餐廳又多,房間雖然小,但其實該有的都有了,前台服務生幾乎都很熱情,需要什麼都可以滿足,唯一女的,問什麼沒什麼問別的都可以。床單不夠乾淨,但以這樣的價格算滿意了

Unpleasant stay
I stayed there for three nights,I found some stains on the bed sheet so I covered it with towel and slept. I told the front desk to change it next morning. I still found the stains on it when I came back . I was surprised to find out that the stains is only a shadow. There was quite a large area of blood stains on the mattress cover. I was very annoyed.

Nice stay though
Good location, new hotel, comfortable bed. But the air conditioner makes some air pollution...lost glasses but hotel didn't receive when clean up the room.

The cleaning conditions in the hotel was awful. Dust and dirt everywhere. The reception service was also bad. Strange guys (not dressed of hotel staff) who don't speak English well are always at their smartphones. Elevators smell terrible. If I don't change my hotel to another my opinion about Korea could be nightmare because of this hotel. No breakfast, no late check out, no any services. Awful

정말 최악
정말 후기를 안 남길 수가 없네요. 이불에 얼룩도 그랬지만 베드벅스가 있어서 다녀온지 열흘 째인데도 피부감염에 가려움증에 고생 중입니다. 피부과 병원비에 방역업체 비용까지 다 청구하고 싶어요

Better than I expected.
The check in was quite fast and the lobby looked nice. A fast check in it always good. The room was also better than I expected. I think the people on Kakao Maps are crazy. I saw a 1 star, so I got scared. This is the second time in a row this happened, and it turned out much better than I expected. The room looked quite nice. Plenty of pillows, good aesthetic. Free water and assorted drinks. Awesome. However I did have some problems. The bathroom/shower set up was odd. You can see people through the bathroom door if you want. That is quite awkward. There are see through glass portions. There is also no door to block off the separate shower sink portion. That whole set up is super odd. And there is one major problem; no actual control over the heating. This is sometimes a problem in hotel rooms, where they are too warm to sleep comfortably. Wasn't much i could do. Opened a window. Tried the AC even but it just blew hot air no matter what I did. No remedy. So even though the bed was comfortable, I slept really restlessly. Please consider this in the future. That aside i enjoyed my stay and people on Kakao Maps are legitimately crazy

金額相当に過ごしやすい。エアコンだけ注意
日本語は一切通じません。 英語が少し話せれば何となくいけます。 最初見つけにくいですが、地下鉄の新村駅からかなり近く看板も大きくあるので、アクセスは良いです。 受付は予約した名前と日にち、パスポートを確認されてカードキーを貰うスタイルです。 フロントは24時間対応みたいなので、とても有り難く、部屋の飲み物も飲み放題もとても魅力的です。 ラブホテルとしても使われてるのかもしれませんが、(そういった音は聞こえません)旅行者が多く利用しているホテルでした。 部屋の清潔はまずまずです。 水回りはあんまりですが、ベットメイクは綺麗でした。 部屋も金額相当。 個人的にはクーラーの温度調節機能が壊れていて、かなり冷やされた部屋になってました。エアコンを切る事が部屋では出来ないので、フロントに直接切って下さいとお願いすると直ぐに対応して下さいました。

Royal suite
We were upgraded to the royal suite with jacuzzi. The room was spacious and comfortable, jacuzzi tub was huge. Overall a nice stay.

Great location in Sinchon area, wonderful food outlets. Hotel's very clean and great amenities. The main road is closed at weekends for loads of street entertainment/buskers which was excellent. Seoul feels really safe, clean and inviting even through the night.

It was OK!
Asked for a room for three. When I arrived to the room, there was one bed. They said I can use a pullout bed for an additional 10,000 won. Besides that, the room was clean, great view and in the perfect spot if you want to walk around the area. Bands play all weekend outside the window on the street so if you want to go to bed early, think again!

Since our hotel is for two people, an extra charge will be charged for three people.^^ Additional amount will be incurred to check in the line, and the amount will be discounted because the reservation is for the check-in at 18:00.^^ I'm sorry if it was inconvenient for you. 방음 최악!! 신촌이라 조용하지 않을거라는 우려를 하면서도 예약을 한건 13만9천원의 숙박비를 지불하는 관광호텔이 기본적인 방음은 유지될거라는 믿음이 있었기 때문이예요.국내외 많은 호텔을 다녀봤지만 이렇게 좁고 방음이 안되는 호텔은 처음이었어요ㅠㅠ 좁은방을 크게 보이려고 모든방에 거울을 달아놨는데 적정위치가 아니라서 화장대로 쓸수도 없구요, 옆방 문닫는 소리,옆방 욕조에 물받는 소리까지 다 들리는데 미치겠더라구요ㅠㅠ 싸구려 날림공사에 디자인만 감각적으로 해서 사진만 예쁘게 찍어올린 상술에 속은듯한 느낌...거리공연의 엠프 소음은 새벽1시가 넘도록 이어지고ㅠㅠ 결국 잠을 설쳐서 다음날 중요한 일을 최악의 컨디션에서 진행했다는ㅠㅠ 직원들 친절교육도 안되어 있고,가격대비 최악입니다. 밤새 즐기며 노실분들만 만족해 하실듯

전체적으로 가족이 머물수있는 호텔은 아니라구 생각합니다. 특히 가족 3명이상 또는 아이들이 동반되는 경우... 하지만, 연인이나 배우자 또는 친구끼리면 추천하구 싶읍니다.

Not Good. The stuff are not friendly and the room is old and bad furniture. The lightning is so dark I can't even see my face on the mirror. Not as the pictures.

사진에서 보는 것 보다는 약간 실망스러운 숙소
사진에서 보는것 보다 룸 사이즈는 약간 협소한 느낌. 환기가 잘 되지 않아 담배냄새가 심하게 배여있음. 비흡연가인 저로써는 힘든 하룻밤을 보냄. 문제는 룸 컨디션, 즉 청소 상태는 상당히 좋지 않음. 눈이 충분히 보이는 먼지와 나무젓가락 종이 조각등이 그대로 있음. 직원들의 서비스 정신은 기대하기 어려우며 그냥 안내정도 받는 느낌. 부킹율이 높아 그런지 모르겠으나 향후 이런부분은 좀 더 개선이 되었으면 합니다.

그냥 모텔이였네요
호텔이라는 이름보고 대실 안하는 곳이라 생각하고 예약했는데 대실하시더라구요 객실안 테이블에는 떡볶이 국물인지...청소가 안되어있었구요 방이 그렇게 좁은지도 몰랐네요 전반적으로 실망입니다

Convenient location and comfortable bed
Stayed in this hotels for 2 nights alone. The check-in was quick. The room was clean and comfortable, but not a fan of the transparent bathroom door. I tried to turned on the air conditioner, but it kept blowing hot air instead of the cold air I wanted. Called the front desk and they turned on the cold one for me in a minute, love their quick response. The only awkward thing I think is every time when I walked into / passed by the lobby, the staffs would greet me. I know it was a nice gesture, but I am just not that comfortable with that lol

部屋は清潔で過ごしやすいですが、部屋の表記やスイッチなどは韓国語だけなので、わかりにくいです。ラブホテルとかねているみたいで、客層が夜になると変わってちょっと困惑しました。周辺にもラブホテルが多いです。場所は便利がよく部屋もキレイなのでとても残念です。

全室喫煙可で最悪でした。駅に近く、現代百貨店もあり選択しましたが、そこそこの値段ですした。ですが、コンドーム入りのアミニティでした。
