I was stay in this hotel 2 years ago And I felt ok and acceptable . I come again . Because I have different flight with my girl friend . And she arrived at midnight . Then it would be more safe for her if she know this hotel two year ago . Then we booked double room for 2 person .But this time is total disappointed . For the hardware . 1. The breakfast is worst than two year ago .2. The room with smoking smell even we have non smoking room . 3, only one cup for teeth brushing for two person . 4, the drinking water from the machine is a strange taste . 5. We found the plastic bag under the bed and some water still In The boiling machine from last guest.
For the software , the service is worst than two yeEar ago . Staff is unfriendly , not helpful only if you asked . If you are in English . They don't want to help two much . And I well noted because of the manager JIN . If he is the one to manage the hotel during this two year . Then it is the main issue I think . Actually I tie two days stay and will come back after 4 days later from busan for one day more . As we have two person . Then we requested one more blanket from the 1st stay , then we need to pay 10,000 won from requested by JIN , the manager . I didnot know he is manager at that moment . Then I explained that I have double room from two people. This is not too special , then he accepted with a long face and this is a special case . Then I told him I will one back 4 days later . Please kept this service also . Then he said ok and I asked his name for any situation later I have . But one I come back . He was in the reception . Then I asked the same . I am sure he forgot already . Then he told me there is too many people requested for extra blanket .then is not leftover for us . For us , same person we are requested then with no reservation for a blanket . We are really unHappy . and he was trying to deny I was misunderstanding . He have no responsibility to take my note in the logbook for other staff for this reservation If he is out of shift . He was shouting to cover his mistake . Then I told him this is not a manner for person who is providing service . May I asked to see his manager. And he is proude to say . I am manager . Then I am really shock . Then I told him I never come back this hotel and will give a worst mark on the agency websit . He said HE DONT MIND . No value to go ..
