A fantastic stay in such a gorgeous hotel. The location is perfect for those who are able to walk 10 minutes to the nearest metro but also appreciate being a little bit further from the noise and excitement of Itaewon main street. The service from the reception and staff at the front of the hotel was excellent. The standard of the housekeeping and cleaning was also impressive. The facilities, although we didn’t use them to our advantage, are very impressive and clean. The rooms were much more spacious than anticipated, especially after reading reviews for this hotel and others similar in the area. We had such a fantastic stay here and would not hesitate to book again on return.

Not walkable distance to subway station, but buses to the prominent places like Myeongdong, Gangnam, Gyeongbukgong areas are available. Dental kit needs to pay, service wasn’t up to 5 star. Bedside socket wasnt working, they insist it was, at least they provided me their chargers insisting it was my charger that wasnt compatible. Housekeeping standards differ each time a different attendant cleans the room. Bellman not attentive to assist but at least helped to load bags upon arrival of taxi.

The hotel is way over designed when they should have focused on things like sound proofing. Walls are so thin being woken up by neighbouring guests having sex then blaring music from their hotel room is not my idea of a leisurely Sunday morning. The idea of breakfast finishing at 10am and then being able to sit til 10.30am is absurd. The amount of people feverishly grabbing food is so wasteful. Extend the breakfast service and reduce the waste. The hotel room was 25 degrees and we could not adjust it, whilst zero outside, it was so uncomfortably hot it was impossible to sleep properly, The building site next door started at 7am on Friday morning, again not idea when on holidays. Would not recommend. The concierge were really helpful and lovely, reception however didn’t seem to care about the noise issues.

Nice hotel, pretty good facilities. Some scuff here and there in the room and questionable placement of the shower which makes it slightly annoying to opens as it spills water outside bit nothing too annoying. Another small minus point is that it’s not possible to adjust the room temperature which was pretty high during the stay. Staff were amazing and very friendly from the first step in the hotel toast day of the stay. Food was really nice to and plenty of choices.

로비 등의 공용 공간은 힙한 느낌 좋습니다 드랍존 널찍하고 자차 이동으로는 편리합니다 다만 객실 내 수납공간 너무 없어요 여러 날 묵는 경우 옷을 걸 공간 너무 부족해서 중요한 일정으로 가져온 옷들을 다시 다 다려야 했네요 그리고 밤새도록 증기기관차처럼 칙칙폭폭대는 소음과 건물 외벽 철제 구조물이 댕~ 하고 종을 울려대서 참... 클레오 매니저 분은 처음 안내해 준 자리가 너무 구석지고 어두워 바꿔달라고 요청하니 이후 주문하려고 해도 오지 않으시고 너무 불친절하신거 아닌가요 해외에서 온 가족과 모처럼 좋은 시간 기대했는데 여러면에서 솔직히 5성급에 미치지 않아 실망감이 컸습니다

The smell of our first room was so bad it smelt like no one cleaned it. I immediately wanted to cancel our booking but it was so late I was unable to get a response until they were able to switched rooms. Also the location is really inconvenient to come in and out of the city.

The hotel, staff, and service was great. The room's overall cleanliness was good, except for coffee cups and glasses. Three out of four cups were dirty. They had orange rings and pulps around it. Asked to be replaced and the cups were replaced promptly. Overall good stay, just need to watch out for cups.
