酒店的熱水供應並不穩定。外面的氣溫只有5度，在淋浴過程中熱水突然變成冷水，令人非常不便。第二天早上向酒店職員反映此問題，職員表示這可能是由於多人同時使用熱水所致。如果大家冬天前往首爾，並不推薦入住這間酒店。

Had a lovely stay. Room was great. Took ages to get to the hotel from the airport in the morning due to traffic and we were unable to have an early check in, so we had to wait until 3pm to get into our room after a very long journey. We were inconvenienced when we were unable to get the shuttle back to the airport during early hours and the trains didn’t run until later than we needed, so had to pay for a private taxi which wasn’t cheap. Other than transfers, this was an ideal stay.

The hotel is very close to Euljiro4 station. Your route to everywhere in Seoul. There is also a lot of restaurants, shops, and historical options within a 15 minutes walk. The housekeeping staff is unbelievably good. There is a digital system for do not disturb/please make up room, they strictly adhere. If you leave and take off so not disturb, seemingly at any time, they will still clean your room! It was the most accommodating system Ive ever been a part of. The front desk staff is very professional and helpful. I had a missing package delivery and wasn’t able to properly communicate the issue on account of language barriers. That said, they helped navigate me to a successful solution. 1 for free laundry machines 1 for shared kitchen Breakfast isn’t normal in Korea and can be hard to find. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast on offer at the hotel, not because it was bad but because it was expensive and a weird mix of offerings. Highly recommend this hotel and would return.

Found this property whilst searching for a package holiday and as it had a really good rating I booked it. It did the job for the what we needed but a few bits to mention. The rooms are very small, smaller than a previous hotel I stayed in South Korea. Moving around the room was tight due to hardly any space between the beds and there was no wardrobe in the room which was a struggle as they only had a few hangers to hang clothes up. There was no real space to put the suitcases as the room was so small so they fit under the TV. Hotel fridges are usually small but the fridge was tiny. Could barely fit anything in it. The rooms were clean though and the pillow was the comfiest pillow I have used. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as it wasn’t included when I booked the room and we just used the hotel as a base. The hotel had a self service system where they have a room in the basement to iron your clothes and where they have washing machines which you can use. I prefer just putting clothes that need washing in a bag and paying to get them washed so that was disappointing. In conclusion, the hotel was ok but I personally would not stay here again as the rooms were too small, no clothes washing service, having to do it myself was not something I wanted to do on holiday. It was close to two subway stations to get to where we needed. Whilst it is in myeongdong, it is not too close to the main shopping area in myeongdong.

I loveeee this hotel so much! I definitely see myself booking again here if I ever visit Seoul again! Not only the hotel was very nice, clean and at a great central location where there are a lot of shops and transportation around, but the staffs were absolutely lovely, kind and super helpful! I was a solo female traveller so of course I feel a bit anxious at some time (but not all the time because I know Korea is a safe country, you just need to be mindful of your surroundings), the hotel made me very safe and at ease the whole stay. I love how comfy my bed was!! ❤️🇰🇷 till next time!

Das Hotel liegt in einer super Lage, etwa 5 Gehminuten nördlich und 5 Gehminuten südlich liegen 2 U-Bahn Stationen. Zu Fuß geht man etwa 20-25min nach Myeongdong. Das Personal kann Englisch & konnte mir meine wenigen Fragen beantworten. Das Hotel ist sauber, ebenso das Zimmer, welches doch relativ klein ist, es gibt keinen Schrank aber eine Ablagefläche - ich habe als Einzelperson kein Problem gehabt 2 Wochen „aus dem Koffer“ zu leben. Die Reinigungskraft habe ich alle 3 Tage kommen lassen, auch hier gibt es nichts zu beklagen. Der Fitnessraum ist relativ klein & hat keine besonders große Geräteauswahl, jedoch gibt es jede Menge Freihanteln - also alles perfekt! Einzigen Abzug gibt es wegen Klima & Decke - das war eine sehr dicke Winterdecke (viel zu warm), aber die Klima hat bei Benutzung alle 30min für etwa 5min geöffnet und war extrem kalt, entsprechend wurde die Decke benötigt aber es war immer ein Kampf zwischen zu heiß und zu kalt. Restaurant, Wäscheraum, Gesellschaftsräume wurden nicht benutzt & die Dachterrasse war gesperrt. Bei der nächsten Reise würde ich aufgrund der Lage und Einfachheit wieder kommen.

Self check in was nice. Overall the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Just a bit further from the main Myeongdong area. Which might not be a bad thing for some. I just wished they had paper towels in the communal kitchen to clean up any spills. But I understand that tourists will probably abuse that. Also it would be nice if the dishes in the kitchen had a proper drying rack instead of just stacking the plates. That way the washed dishes can be dry when the next person uses them.

It is actually a few subway/bus stops away from the actual Myeongdong central area, but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, turned out to be very convenient to go to the airport or other places. The only thing I really hated was the extremely poor insulation. I could hear perfectly when upstairs residents were walking around, taking shower or using the toilet. I have stayed in a 100year old building in NYC and the insulation was way better than this.i couldn’t sleep at all for 4 nights…it was like sleeping in a dorm rather than an individual hotel room..

The property was decent although they need to improve the elevators system. The doors close too fast ( we always have to hold the door all the time when dragging your suitcases) and also it can't read the difference of directions either going up or down. It keeps opening for anyone who calls for it. Hopefully they adjust it soon
