Great Option For Seoul

This was an amazing stay at Seul. The staff was so attentive, they even spoke a bit of Brazilian portuguese. The rooms were clean and very spacious, the bathroom was very satisfying. Overall I recommendo thise place for everyone!

It become an hotel for local tourists

I'd been this hotel for many times before 2020, but now it seems more like an hotel for local tourists; No restaurant for breakfast now and pool languages, but overall it's still very clean and good price.

Very comfortable

Room was very spacious and comfortable! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Other reviews mentioned that the shower was open and got water all over the bathroom floor. I did not have this problem because the bathroom was set up in such a way that the toilet door could double as a shower door. The water did get on the floor because the shower was not in the tub, but there was no more water on the floor than any other shower stall I've used. No complaints :) This area was a bit noisy, but I still had no trouble falling asleep even though I'm often sensitive to noise. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing earplugs.

Clean and spacious, shower/tub needed work

Check in was a bit strange. It was 'self-checkin.' Basically you used a kiosk, but a person spoke to you watching you from a camera. We initially came early to drop our bags and they just had us leave them with a few others in a completely unattended lobby. Felt a little sketchy. When came back for checkin time, we used the kiosk again and it gave us a key. There was someone at reception, but we didn't really interact with them. For checkout, we clicked a button by the light panel and left our key in a 'drop bucket.' Fairly good size room with large bathroom (we had booked a standard double room). Bed sheets comfortable. Room was clean. Seemed fairly updated. Tile in bathroom. Room had tea kettle with instant coffee and tea. Room lights were only controlled by panel by front door, which wasn't convenient. There was a motion sensor light by the front door, which I assume was to make it easier to see the panel in the dark, however it randomly came on a few times for no reason in the middle of the night. The bathroom had a jet tub, but our jets didn't work.If you used it as a full standing shower the bathroom floor would become soaked. The water also wasn't very hot. I only used the hot water and had it turned all the way up. Very close to resturants, the Olympic park and public transportation close PROS: Clean, decent size, large bathroom, comfortable bed, close to public transportation, mostly self check-in CONS: jet-tub broken, panel for all lights controlled by 1 system

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to my daughter’s apartment. I stayed a total of 10 nights. My room was spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom. Comfortable bed, too!

Hotel is rundown ... you check in on your own with a machine. In 3 nights that we were there I only saw a staff member twice ... Shower was leaking and making the bathroom floor very wet and slippery.. Housekeeping daily would clean it. There's no pool as we were fooled by the pictures... only a pool in suites. Building and rooms needs some renovation ...

コンサートの会場が近く利用しました。 あの立地でこの値段なら満足だなとおもいました。 荷物を預かってくれましたが分かりにくかったです。 広々としたバスルームで良かったです。 電気の付け方が難しかったのでもう少しわかりやすいと良いなって思ったのと。 機械でルームキー発行なので難しいかなと思うのですが部屋に入らずども早めのチェックインが可能だとなお良いと思いました。 バスマットがないのでバスルーム滑りやすいです。

Good Location, 5-10 mins walk away from 2 different lines, walking distance to Jamsil sports complex and a 15-30 mins away from Lotte world tower. Lots of food around with a local market nearby too. It allows maybe check in maybe 15 minutes before the indicated check in time of 3pm only though. Room is big and there is a bath tub with jacuzzi, however the bubbles are not working. Good enough for a repeat stay in my opinion.
