周围有很多餐馆，还有超市，非常方便。早餐去晚了，品种就少了。还不错。洗澡水要提前数分钟预热，没有商务中心。

地方大，舒適
地鐵站5分鐘就到，好方便，地方又大，整潔，房間有洗衣機，非常方便！附近都好多食的，可惜位置太遠，但會再入住的！

I have stayed in this hotel several times before because location is good. However, the service is becoming worse each time. Staff are unfriendly and impolite. They even asked us to return a plastic tape which just gave us one hour ago. Electricity and water shut off for one hour during our stay without any notification. Will definitely change for other hotels next trip.

位置得天獨厚，但是清潔設備欠妥
位置很方便，機場巴士6020直達飯店門口，英文溝通可以，但是房間清潔不太好，馬桶有污漬，毛巾不太乾淨，而且居然說牙刷缺貨，要個人去外面買，這種基本需求都沒有做好！！

Good location but staff not good
The hotel is located near a very convenient metro station where I could travel to different metro lines. The room is big with penthouse but of no use to me as a single traveler. The staff was not poite, did not greet when I checked in. Poor English for front desk and restaurant staff. I requested non-smoking room but gave me a smoking room. When I felt skeptical when I went into the room (due to the smell), they said because I checked in 1 hour earlier!! Why didn't tell me in advance? The towels were dirty and 2 conditoner but no shampoo! Strong wifi connection was the only merit for me. So I will definitely not choose this hotel again.

Convenient Spot
The experience in Provista wasn't as good as I expected. Location-wise, it was a good place to stay in. The lobby of the hotel was nice and clean. However, the room was a bit dusty and at poor maintenance level. Overall it was OK but not the best to recommend.
