The staff are friendly. The rooms are tidy, clean and comfortable The hotel is located near the metro station and Olympic park, and it is near to Lotte mall which is one stop away via the metro

Buffet was awesome! Room was great, space and everything . Just the temperature is a bit hot in the room but they said this is standard so it wasn’t too bad . I also come in the spring so weather was good.

We were not able to use the AC and they asked us to open windows if room temperature is high. On weekends, it was packed because of people having a wedding there. Other than that, good location and reasonable price.

There was a bit of leftover hair from previous occupants on the beds and the towels needed another washing but it was bearable. I could hear other guests throughout the night. There was a small gap under the door so the hallway activity was loud.

bad smell, of old mold

it was indicates that the hotel was newly renovated but our room smelt so bad of mold and like the age of the building the stench was undeniable and had difficulty staying in the room. when we mentioned this to the staff we were ignored and the manager did not say one word of apology despite describing our discomfort staying in such a room with and awful smell. it was a really poor experience and it was evident that the hotel does not care about individual guests, but rather caters to big groups that come here for special events etc. as an avid traveler I would not recommend this old hotel that reeks of mold and bad service, it gives hospitality a bad name.

空港からのアクセスはバス停が近くとても便利でした。今回はKSPOドームでのイベントのために利用しましたが、徒歩圏内ではありますが、行きは予想以上に山越えと帰り道は明るく少し遠回りですが道路沿いを通ると全く人通りがなくて暗い夜道で後悔しました💦 ホテルの設備的には特に困ったことはなかったです。１人旅では心細いかもしれません。
