It is a professional and warm and best hotel
I would like to appreciate the service of hotel. During my stay, one day I feel very sick . I am very worry . I am foreigner and cannot speak Korean word. The hotel arrange staff to bring me to the near clinic to see doctor and help me translate the language and accompany with me in the clinic and bring me to pharmacy to take medicine and bring me back to the hotel room. I feel very warm and thankful to her . At the time, I feel very sick that I forget to thanks for the lady but I can remember her smile. I also thanks for the staff to bring me downstairs to the hotel lobby at the beginning and hand me to the lady. They are team work. The hotel is very good service and professional and warm. Thanks a lot .

The Signiel is a wonderful hotel. The view from our room on the 87th floor was spectacular. Our room was well appointed and the staff was so helpful. We were treated to cake, fruit and macrons delivered to our room each day. The location is great and we enjoyed shopping at the Lotte World Mall. We would love to stay here agin on our next visit to Seoul.

호텔 그레이드에 어울리지 않는 서비스에 완전 실망!! 그 가격에 다시 이용하고 싶지 않고 추천하고 싶지 않네요.
숙박보다 디너너 런치로 잠깐 이용할수는 있을것 같아요.
이틀연속 4시넘어서까지 늦은 룸클리닝으로 기다려야했고 숙박객전용라운지도 작고 내용도 그닥 타호텔에 비해 부실하고 어린이는 어린이는 입장못한다고 하고 전기포트도 안씻은채 확인안하고 제자리에만 두시고 부모님대신해서 불편사항 말했는데 별다른 사과도 없으시구 뭔가 많이 아쉬운서비스였습니다.
