The staff are great here and extremely helpful. The room we had was decent but there was very visible water damage within the room itself. Dark water marks in various areas of our room but we were only in there to sleep. The hotel itself is positioned so perfectly by a trainstation literally a minute away and seconds away from the night market which was perfect. There are also so many near by restaurants and an amazing view from the rooftop. All in all if it wasnt for the water damage in the room we would have given this review all 5s.

Property is in an excellent location, in the heart of myeongdong. The close proximity to the night market makes pursuing the area very easy and fun. However the specific room I stayed in had a few issues. The bathroom had mold growing in several areas, especially behind the door where a particularly large patch was growing. The walls were marked and damaged with stains or small tears. The room was small but not unbearable. Overall, 3 out of 5, the staff were professional and pleasant and the location was excellent. If the room was to be properly scrubbed and cleaned, the stay would have been very good.

Super convenient location and very friendly and helpful staff! The room is a bit small and it is a wet bath, nothing wrong with that just not used to it, and there is no laundry in the building. But overall, enjoyed my stay here!

Good location, small space

Mostly clean, except i needed to get them to change the sheets. Its a small space so hard to maneuver large luggage. The bathroom didnt have a separate shower space nor surfaces to put belongings so that was a challenge for me. But it was still functional.

Superb location, cleaning needs improvement.

Our family already stayed here last November 2017 and November 2019. I love the location, everything you need is just walking distance from the hotel and the size of the room is big compare to other hotels nearby, the staff were helpful and the price is reasonable. We booked 3 rooms last November 2022, we stayed here again for 13 nights however we are disappointed with how they clean the room now comparw to our previous stay. 1. Under bed is very dusty. I had an asthma attack. 2. To be honest I'm not sure if they were able to change our bed sheets and blankets in our 13 nights stay, bed is always messy even after we request cleaning. 3. The lady cleaner rarely clean the bathroom, she just picked up the trash and that's it! 4. After picking up the trash the lady cleaner will hand us the bottled water without removing the gloves she used in holding the trash. 5. Etc etc etc.. Overall I still love the hotel and location is perfect. I think they just need improvement when it comes ro cleaning.

立地は良いです

立地条件はとても良いと思います。 人気のプレッツェル店も一階にあります。 寝るだけと思えば問題ないです。 ただシャワールームが狭くてトイレの床とフラットな為、トイレの方までビショビショになります。 でも使用済みのタオルでせき止めて何とかなりました。フロントでシャワーカーテンを貰うと良いです。 フロントの男の子は日本語も通じて親切でした。 翌朝フロントに社長さんがいて部屋の掃除を頼みましたが、夜帰ってきたらそのままの状態、忘れられてました。 でもフロントの男の子に伝えたら、ゴミやタオル交換もしてくれました。 お世話になりました。

明洞での買い物中に荷物が多くなった際は気軽にホテルに戻れる距離だったので便利でした また駅からも近くアクセスも良かったです ホテルのスタッフさんは日本語で話そうとしてくださりコミュニケーションは特に困らなかったです ホテルに泊まるにあたって歯ブラシがないので事前に用意した方が良いです！トイレは流れません
