這次回程從飯店坐機場巴士6701，因為天冷就在大廳等車(沒到門口)，結果車子以為沒人要搭乘，就開過去沒停，當下看到車後，我們一走出大門，門口的服務人員看到，馬上請前面路口的人員攔車，2位服務人員就提起行李往路口跑(行李很重是，是提的不是拖的)，讓我們順利坐上車，非常感謝門口的服務人員，這樣跑著幫我們攔車和提行李，讓我們非常感動！

逛明洞方便
位於明洞尾端, 樂天百貨的後面. 門口地下街可一路走到明洞或者反方向走到市政廳地鐵站, 在寒冷的冬天可以避免吹風. 入住行政房可至行政酒廊享用早餐+下午茶+雞尾酒時段. 唯一缺點就是雞尾酒時段禁止未滿14歲兒童進入, 我覺得可以改進此一缺點.

Cocktail hour was excellent! Staff was kind
I called earlier trying to switch the date of my booking (although it turned out to be not necessary given a change in my business trip plan), but the representative was not super friendly over the phone. Sounded cold and wasn't helpful. However, when I arrived at the hotel, staff and everything had been great. People were polite and kind, always greeted me when I walked over. I also very much enjoyed the cocktail hour at the executive floor. If the service over the phone could have been better, overall experience will be excellent!!!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Westin Josun hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, especially the gentlemen at the front desk, who helped me print out KTX train tickets or ordered us taxis every day, as well as the fabulous waiters in the bar, who not only offered us food and drinks, but helped me find the name of a building with unusual architecture that I have seen. We'd visit this hotel on our next trip to South Korea.

Staffs are excellent. However, lounge foods were beyond terrible. There are a lot of room for improvements. I don't understand why foods in lounge and buffet has such a big difference with qualities. Buffet foods were amazing.

Great hotel in a great part of Seoul. You’re still close enough to the city center to get around easily, but it’s also quiet and easy to walk around. City Hall subway station is just across the street. All the staff in every part of the hotel were super friendly. And the gym/pool at the Westin are stellar, almost worth the stay by themselves. I’d definitely stay there again next time!
