This was a nice day I did hotel that was across the street from ID hospital. Hotel was clean and convenient. There are many places nearby to grab coffee or dinner. The 24 hour gimbap place and Green boys were delicious - both had ordering screens and were in English.

We stayed for 2.5 weeks. Very nice hotel and staff, we also liked that there was laundry and kitchen. We forgot some items and called the hotel a day later, they found the items in few hours. Very helpful and communicative, they were able to ship them back to us. (We paid shipping but the staff were so nice and helpful). Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location for my needs and loved the extra amenities such as communal kitchens on each floor, self-service laundry. I stayed in the King premium suite and the bed was very comfortable. This hotel was lovely and made my special occasion even more special by surprising me with a room decoration for my special occasion!!! They really went above and beyond during my stay!!!! The staff really are what makes this place worth staying. The rooms were pretty and the food was delicious. The only thing I would mention is that the rooms are not super noise proof…but I will 100% be back!

Super convenient location. Convenient store 10 steps away, Garosugil shopping st is 5 mins by walk and it links to small streets where its super happening with cafes and shops! Huge 3/F Oliveyoung across the hotel and 15 mins uber ride to literally everywhere as its super centre! So heading to myeong dong was 15 mins away , hanam dong was 15 mins away. Can even walk to cheong dam in 20 mins to visit all the asias top bars! highly recommend.

The hotel is well situated in the heart of the city, which is very convenient for me to commute and get what I need. Most importantly, as a non-Korean speaker, I did not have difficulty travelling from Incheon Airport to the hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and professional, making my stay one of the best trips in decades. I especially appreciate the staff at the restaurant. They are exceptionally caring. Absolutely recommend sharing my wonderful travel experience with others.
