「被分配到頂樓小房間，房間內部跟照片完全不一樣，空間較小且陰暗；5月住沒冷氣、只有一扇對外窗，半夜熱醒幾次。馬桶沖水有點故障水流不停。 優點：有漂亮花園跟氣派大廳、備品齊全、櫃檯服務態度好。」

「This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk.」

「The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. The furniture around the pool under the gazebo needs replacing and cleaning. I feel the...
