"Réservation fait sur le site où il est mentionné que les animaux sont acceptés sans détails supplémentaire. En arrivant pour m'enregistrer, on me dit que la chambre que j'ai déjà payé à grand frais (classe affaire) doit être changé en classe normal puisque mon chien n'est pas admis. J'ai donc payé ..."

Not enough bedding, bad attitude
"We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in ..."

"the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience...."
